request Big Big Request!

I'm looking for a big request here...

 

As a celebration for the up coming Doctor Who special, I would LOVE a piece of art making...

 

The setting is outside the TARDIS, the characters would be my OC, Jelly Bean and Raggedy Doctor

 

For those of you who don't know who he is...

 

 

 

 

 

 

Could you draw him with just his bowtie, without the top hat. I want my OC to be draped in the 4th Doctor's scarf as if she had become tangled in it and with a fez on her head, slightly too big so it falls over her eyes slightly. Can she look slightly embarrassed? And can he look surprised/amused?

 

I know it's a lot to ask but I just would love you forever if you could make this! I understand it's a lot of work

Sorry it's only in flat color. I'm not very good at shading and stuff like that yet. And I didn't want to ruin it . Hope you like it.
