I see not being in a relationship and being that crazy cat lady as two different things even if they can go hand in hand. With that said I think Pinkie Pie is probably the most likely because although she has a positive and upbeat attitude she has serious issues with personal space and can often get a bit stalkerish which can act as some serious stallion or mare repellant. And as we saw in Party Of One she has some very deep seated insecurities which stem in large part from a fear of and inability to handle rejection.

I second Rarity. I can't really see her being a wife or a mother. That's why I didn't choose Fluttershy. She's not as career-oriented as Rarity. It's very easy to see Fluttershy getting married and having a few kids, staying at home to raise them.

While Rarity only has one cat, give her time. Pinkie's  got the right idea. I think Rarity would have too high of standards when looking or a relationship and would eventually end up with cats instead. It makes me sad because I love her, but honestly, cats are awesome, so if that's the life she chooses, I would totally be on board with it XD
