Proailurus 214 February 28, 2012 Share February 28, 2012 I get called that all the time even when they didn't know I was a brony, lol I have a suckish enough life as it is, so I don't need to go around screaming that I'm a brony, even though I agree with you. Sorry about the temporary lack of signature, I have changed my name, so I need a new one.
Derpy Whooves 77 February 28, 2012 Share February 28, 2012 when ever i wear my brony shirts i get a ear full of "MY LITTLE PONY SKINNY AND BONY WENT TO THE CIRCUS FARTED ON PURPOSE CALLED HIS DADDY HE WAS A FATTY AND THAT WAS TEH END OF THE DAY!!!!" thats all they can come up with besides things like "f*ck you" and the infamous "you were a mistake" but thats the perk of going to a school full of stubborn stupid people
Pony Joe 583 February 28, 2012 Share February 28, 2012 It's funny, when I first mentioned the show to my brother, he said that I was officially the gayest person he knew (jokingly, of course). When I explained that I was serious, and that the show was actually good, he didn't have anything to say to that. That's really all there is to say on the matter. Mephala 2,633 February 28, 2012 Share February 28, 2012 Being a girl, I don't get this really. Most guys told me they think it's "cute" but "kinda weird". (THEY'RE TOO SCARED OF ME TO ADMIT THEY THINK IT'S STUPID ) Anyways, no one in my town cares really. At first they're like "Wow, that's sad." They get used to my ramblings quick

Daring Do 195 February 28, 2012 Share February 28, 2012 Yeah, I really don't like that question either... I mean, I have this very strong stereotype about the people around me, and whenever I am picked on, I really start to scare people with all of my bantering. That includes being asked that question, I got called in by my guidance counselor a few days later about the situation where I lashed out on someone who was being a bit too offensive with the questions. 1 Great adventuring for great treasures!....Except when I'm hurt... L-PinkVsD-Pink327 177 February 28, 2012 Share February 28, 2012 Only reason I haven't said it officially at school yet is so I don't have to be even more disappointed in my age group when they show their predictable immature reaction...
Starshine 16,334 February 28, 2012 Share February 28, 2012 There's actually a good reason why most diehard otakus never wear any accessories from their favorite anime in plain daylight You can't expect everyone would understand and tolerate your personal interest in the first sight. Victoria and Co. 782 February 28, 2012 Share February 28, 2012 (edited) It usually starts off with me saying, "Hay, I watch MLP FIM!" then ponies are all like, "WTF?! U ACTLLY LIK DAT SHO?!?!11111/" and I retort smugly, "No," then they're all "OK GEWD I THAWT U-" I then rudely interrupt them to say, "I LOVE IT!" Aureity 3,055 February 28, 2012 Share February 28, 2012 I just don't flaunt it like that, so I have no problem. Interestingly enough, I did tell one person out of sheer boredom. Person: What are you watching? Me: Uhh... Person: What. Me: I liek ponies lul. Person: ...You watch My Little Pony? Me: ...Yes. Person: I can't believe you watch My Little Pony! Me: Why? Cause it's a show targeted towards little girls? (prepares to deliver the 'why bronies are humans too' speech) Person: No. It's just that Hasbro has a pathetic see-through marketing scheme. Their toys are low-quality and cheaply thrown out. And they hire foreign children to work in their factories to make those very same low-quality toys. Me: ...Wat. 1 A lil' Catherine <(^.^)>

Kapi 215 February 28, 2012 Share February 28, 2012 Meh, it doesn't bother me. I didn't know I had to watch what other guys watch, I'm the one that pays the cable bill at my house, so I don't see a problem with it. If you don't like something, that's fine, don't bully other people around because they do. 1 "No, I am not going to run, I am not going to hide, I am going to take a stand and fight!"
