Celestia had told Twilight to stay away from Tirek. Twilight was easily capable of teleporting away from Tirek with her new powers,however.

A fine line was crossed,and Twilight had enough of Tirek's bullshit.

 

Instead of running away and listening to Celestia,she made her >OWN< decision,and threw herself at Tirek like no 'Princess' would be expected to do.
