I'm not a fan of dubstep, but it doesn't sound bad at all. I think it's missing something, but I'm not quite sure...

I am thinking of some Melody or Vocals

We'll you could take this a couple ways you could sample some quick clips either nonsense noises or pop culture lines you could add actual lyrics but you need to keep those fluent in the song or you could just add a some highs or a stall check out jumping devil music video by the living tombstone the girls laugh is a great example

"If you feel the need to treat me like garbage, I'll feel the need to throw you into the back of a compressing garbage truck."

"I'd rather "go to hell" for hugging a guy I like then makeout in heaven with a girl I don't."

"If someone has the intention of changing who you are, or stopping you from doing what you like, bite out your tongue before they can change you"

My main gripe is how overused this one bass is, and how you're trying to get everything out of a single LFO wobble. If you have access to Massive, I recommend you learn how it works, as it is a great way of learning the dynamics of modulation. Personally, here, I would've tried to make a super dirty "fart" bass, and used a Performer bound to a crapton of knobs to transform the sound into something else and back, and if I needed it, I could also easily use the performer or an envelope to pitch-morph the thing. At least, that is assuming by your piece that you'd like it ALA Let It Roar. BTW, this track uses a different Bass for the initial growl, which most people do. Honestly, there are only a few people who can get away in dubstep with only one bass track. You really need multiple different sounds in different tracks to be able to make something good.
