My all time favorite is The Battle for Everyone's Souls from Persona 3 (1:17 to 2:28 is my favorite part)

 

 

But lately I've been digging the boss themes from Lollipop Chainsaw, specifically Zed's (especially the part at 2:46)

It's very difficult to pick any one, or even five, songs. There's so much great boss music out there. Just about every boss theme in the Baten Kaitos series has amazing music and there's like ten of those!

You could say that Baten Kaitos has some of my favorite boss themes of all time. Easily Motoi Sakuraba's (Star Ocean, Tales series, Dark Souls, Golden Sun, Valkyrie Profile) best work.

 

That's not even to count all the amazing final boss themes from the Sonic or Kingdom Hearts franchises. Or the amazing songs from the Shin Megami Tensei series.

Castlevania always has amazing music imo. My favorite boss theme from Castlevania is easily the Isaac boss theme from Curse of Darkness. Insane Aristocracy

That's my favorite version of OWA. The original is boring, the Kingdom Hearts versions don't even try to stand out (which really sucks considering the series' penchant for great music) but this one? It's really somethin' special. It's perfect in just about every way. The suspension, the breakdowns, dat solo!

My favorite boss theme has to be the song that plays when you fight Lance, and Red in Pokémon: Gold and Silver. It's just so epic! Also, Lance and Red were some of the first bosses I ever fought in video games, so this song is super nostalgic for me.
