I really doubt Twilight, or anyone in MLP is going to hit Omnipotence at any point. It wouldn't fit with the theme, or even the setting to have any character hit godhood.

Hey guys, whatever happened to Twilight being a skilled learner and a powerful magician, but still just a pony? Who the heck want's Twilight to become super powerful, I don't think it would be a good thing for the show.

 

Besides she couldn't stop Sunset Shimmer from escaping with her crown and the only magic Sunset used to escape was a single teleportation spell. There are probably a ton of ponies that can kick her flank, I'm almost certain that Applejack could.
