Actually, the Journal of the Royal Sisters written on their behalf by Amy Keating Rogers, explicitly says that Luna learned to move the stars from StarSwirl the Bearded. This was before the two sisters were given the responsibility of moving the sun and moon instead of a group of unicorns losing their magic over time doing the same thing.

Why don't overly-critical Bronies even try to look for what little good there is in an otherwise awful episode

Obviously and it's very interesting as the way my personality has developed is literally half computer and half human. Like I operate on preset logic but when it comes to criticism or new situations I literally get on top of my own personality and edit it or add new things to it in the format of a file system grid.
