I know how that feels and I stopped doing what I underlined a while ago because I got bored of it after a while

but it felt like part of a routine that I needed to do.

i think certain routines can be very bad for the mind especially if they are like a must
{hence why i stopped doing RP - i also felt it was a "Must" }
