Just Sage. Your OC just doesn't fit within the nature of my world. Having a pirate within this RP just doesn't make sense, and I think we've got enough players right now.

Suddenly, an eerie, magical wind engulfed the entire room. Kyle drew his chain, steadily unwrapping it from his waist. He whipped the iron weapon, making a strong metallic sound as it hit the ground, and then signaled for the white-haired girl to make the first move. The wind blew stronger - Kyle was slightly pushed back, forcing him to firmly grip his feet onto the ground and cover his eyes with his left arm. The gale turned even mightier, seemingly in an attempt to throw him out of the building. With an abrupt motion, he tossed his iron chain forward and managed to grab the girl by her ankle, using his strength to try to take her down.

 

I hope this is good enough... I'm not used to writing fight scenes, but boy, is it fun! :3

 

I'll post my introduction later today, hopefully. I've got to go to class now~

I'm making my character now, sorry for taking so long it has been a rather.... Difficult and busy week for me.

EDIT: Also, what city is everyone in right now?

 

 

EDIT2: DAMN IT. Okay well give me another few hours. I just lost all my progress on backstory and personality when my browser crashed. How frustrating.

EDIT3: Uhhh, the backstory isn't as good as I'd like but here it is.

I will be using Jason Hayes an Arconium ex-special forces soldier that lives in Novarius.

Jason Hayes will be my character this roleplay.

I assume I can control how I'll be attacked for my example post. The attacker would be Hikari.

Jason turned to another corner of the alley. His orders were clear: 'Incapacitate or eliminate the target; lethal force was authorized.'

The air suddenly turned still as he walked down the alley. Jason heard footsteps behind him and he turned with his rifle at the ready. 
A white haired girl ran towards him. Jason was puzzled for a moment for there were not supposed any civilians in the area and the target was a male. He kept his rifle aimed at the girl. "Halt---" Jason was cut off by a sudden gust of strong wind blowing his rifle out of his hands. The girl drew a deadly looking knife and lunged forward. Jason acted quickly and pulled out his own blade. The girl lunged at him with her dagger aggressively as Jason managed to avoid another attack. On the girl's third lunge Jason counter attacked. He stepped forward and to the right avoiding the lunge and quickly taking hold of the girl's hand and twisted it to disarm her, but another gust of wind knocked him away.

Jason's flight through the air was stopped by an alley wall. Jason turned towards the wall and feigned injury knowing he'd have enough time for what he had planned. He primed a flashbang grenade and quickly turned and threw it towards the girl then ran towards the corner of the alley. The air moved and threw the grenade off trajectory, but it didn't matter because the grenade's effect would still work. Alley was filled with a bright light followed by a deafening blast. Jason made his move and quickly closed the distance between himself and the girl. He easily disarmed her dagger and pulled out his handgun. He kept his gun pointed down towards the floor but his knife ready to strike. "Now, why did you attack me?" Jason asked the girl.

PS: In the RP itself I will not make my attacks automatically connect or miss. I'll wait for the reply of the other combatant.

To be honest, you never had to give me an example of how capable you were since we've RP'ed with each other before, but I've gotta say, that was perfectly written.

This RP looks amazing; I wish I had the time for it. It's like Fairy Tail basically just probably a bit more advanced technology. I have a gut feeling that the Relic will be in Novarius, underwater (specifically the gulf most likely), or someone already has it and is abusing it's power already. This would be so fun!!! Curse you school!!!
