This morning people are so stupid anymore that they called Arvil Lavinge song of Hello Kitty racist that's complete B.S. I watch her performance on youtube and it was fucking badass she's older and should sing that song plus she was having fun with it let me know if everypony thinks it's wrong ?

People today take any opportunity they can get to call something racist. Especially if that somthing is made by a white person. Just like that huge outrage over the muhammed necklace in the dark horse video.

No it was not racist in fact she travels to Japan all the time and all she did was bring a little bit of their culture in.

If she rejected the dancers at the back THEN it would've been racist and the video would've made LESS sense. (I say less because it didn't make sense to me but not because of "racism")

What I didn't like about the video is the fact that is supposed to be about Hello Kitty yet there was no sign of Hello Kitty anywhere.

Also she was drinking and I don't like drinking to be associated with Hello Kitty (In my opinion)

Also I didn't really like the music but that's just me I'm just more of a Post-Hardcore, Metalcore, and Alternative rock person (she used to play Alternative and just regular rock so I was hoping for THAT but maybe she just wanted a different style so to each his own I just can't live without the melodic sound of the guitar ^-^)

Overall it WAS a good video, it was fun, energetic, funny, cute, and very Kawaii (just that it was missing Hello Kitty >:| )

Maybe there's a strict policy that Japan does allow in the video for Arvil Lavigne  to cosplay as Hello Kiity wouldn't look right for japan people who knows ? Too bad her cd doesn't have a special hello kitty pvc figure included with her cd how cool would that be! Did you know Spencers gifts had some crazy KISS rock singer versions of hello kitty ?

I watched that video of Katy Perry Dark Horse video last week and that religion has nothing to do with Muhammed  unless it similar to Egyptian Pharaoh gods back then and she was dresses as the Egyptain Queen ISIS  I thought is was fantastic !

I used to love J-Pop music (still listen to it on occasion) and I can honestly say there was NO difference between her video and the average J-Pop video. In fact, most J-Pop videos are FAR crazier than hers. I don't think it's going out on too much of a limb to guess that she made that video specifically FOR her Japanese fan base.
