request Request - Ponifying a Character

Well, I've been thinking about this, but I wanted to ask if anyone can ponify this character as a Extra-Terrestrial Alicorn.  With the color scheme, I would like the Cyan area's, Bright Orange, and "steaming".  For Wings, can you make them somewhat cybernetic, like a silver "wing arms" and for the metal feathers, Bright Orange.  For Mane and Tail, I would like them to basically be bright and Solid Bright Orange as well (yet, make it look like fire).  The image of the character looks like this:
