He's a wolf too? Oh man, Twilight's gonna redeem the name Jacob as well.

Yeah, I don't know where the horse part comes in, but it sounds like an awesome villain idea.

 

Volkodlak is capable of regenerating and even in the event that he is killed, he will be reborn whenever he pleases.  The only known way to prevent this is to place a coin in the mouth of the dead Volkodlak (an odd weakness).

 

That face looks kinda like Discord...

Discord has the head of a goat, so that doesn't tell us anything.  We also only see the eyes, so we know that the villain has black eyes with red pupils and a long mussel.  You know what else has a long mussel?  A warewolf.

Volkadlak is still a possibility.

 

The new villain may have a connection with Discord. If there is a spirit of chaos and disharmony, then there would likely be other spirits in other things like one being destruction, darkness, and corruption.

I don't think so.  It could be that the nature of Discord's magic somehow makes him immune to the villain.

If it was female, then the whole fan Eris thing would actually be possible. Maybe Erebus? But that would create some "Discord's son" ideas.

It's been two years since we got an awesome new villain. I'm pumped for this one.

 

The ep description also says Discord is enlisted to hunt him down. Will we get to see this guy throw down with Discord? And is he going to be so badass that he wins and takes Discord's power?

That's four days and fourteen hours of me not knowing what this awesome new villain is.

 

I just want to see Discord go all Rambo and then get his behind handed to him. Not because I don't like him, but because I know it will be both hilarious and awesome.

Well, let's hope he's awesome, we didn't had a decent villain since Chrysalis. Sombra was more of a malignant force of evil than an actual character (though, I like his good counterpart from the comics), and Sunny Shimmer was not explored enough (and I still love her). Sunny might be explored someday with the supposed E series, but since she will no longer be a villain, doesn't count (I still count to be a kind of a jerk and difficult to befriend)

Well, let's hope he's awesome, we didn't had a decent villain since Chrysalis. Sombra was more of a malignant force of evil than an actual character (though, I like his good counterpart from the comics), and Sunny Shimmer was not explored enough (and I still love her). Sunny might be explored someday with the supposed E series, but since she will no longer be a villain, doesn't count (I still count to be a kind of a jerk and difficult to befriend)

 

I liked Sombra well enough and I count him as a villain, but he was at the beginning of Season 3, and that was over a year and a half ago. It's about time we got a new big antagonist! Sure, we got a few small ones, like Suri Polomare, the Chimera, Babs Seed (Temporarily) and a few others, but it's always nice to have a big bad make an appearance in a series.
