I like Alex Jones and I listen to his program but I don't like how obsessed he is with masculinity. Bronies don't hurt anyone and there is nothing wrong with watching a show catered to younger children, even females. He is wrong on this.

So I did some digging to see if Alex Jones made any other statements about bronies and didn't find anything but it brought me to this site he runs that I am a member of that I kind of forgot about called Planet Infowars which is kind of like Facebook. Users can create groups on that site about different interests and apparently there is a brony group on there so I popped in there to say hi. I guess that site must use Gravitar because apparently the avatar I use on here became the one I have over there too. It is just as I have thought he has some listeners other than me who are into cartoon ponies.

I have noticed some people are comparing Alex Jones statement here to Howard Stern and while as I have said before that statement is really unfortunate he at least hasn't actively gone out of his way to slander them like Howard Stern has.

He is more of a libertarian but has some right wing leanings on some issues. I think this is probably the main reason why he has jumped to this rather unfortunate conclusion.

I posted in this earlier, but the mane thing is, is that it is actually VERY true that the government does do some pretty messed up stuff that should get the people angry for sure, but the issue being with Alex is the fact that he is more than likely making sheer bank off of other peoples fears, plus the old saying goes "if you're yelling like an idiot know one will listen" also holds very true to Alex as well.
