Its Paint Tool Sai, I use photoshop Elements 9 occasionally but I'd stick to PTS. I used to use inkscape though, now I think of inkscape as a program for beginners, since it requires little skill to draw with vectors. AND I'll see if Rainbow Dash makes a good meal or not
