People hated Luna Eclipsed? I thought it was one of season 2's most beloved episodes? Did, like, the fandom's standards change or something?

I think Applejack is the most unappreciated simply due to the factshe had an entire episode got overshadowed by Derpy's short appearence(I like Derpy to guys, but really?) Thought I think everyone of the mane 6 has something that makes them unappreciated in some way: Twilight - People keep complaining about her going crazy over deadlines, and usually saying it's frightening, though I personally find it very adorable and relatable, being a college student and all. Also, earlier in the series, I've seen people complain about her having too much screen time, even though she's kinda like, the mane character Applejack - As stated above, everything she does or any development she gets is quickly ignored because people have been too busy beating off to the "lol background pony" jokes Rainbow Dash - It's seems that no matter what she does, even with the strong development from the last two episodes, fans prefer giving her a really hard time by being anal over all of her negatives. I also believe from personal experience that her haters are some of the biggest a**holes in the fandom, kinda like the character they hate so much Rarity - The poor girl still have to deal with haters because even though she's probably the deepest of the main six, because of her feminine appeal, she still has people hating because she's "too girly" Fluttershy - Because the fans(and sometimes the writers) prefer her being weak and helpless rather than actual development because cuteness will make up for it(seriously, no it won't) Pinkie Pie - People keep finding her randomness annoying and stupid, even though 80% of the time she usually means well or are usually well thought out

Why does everyone think that we won't be seeing Rainbow Dash anymore just because she's becoming a Wonderbolt/going to the Academy? Whose to say that we'll see her at times, or see her leaving occasionally usually saying something like "I have to go to training now, later guys!"

Sometimes I feel like the term overrated and underrated are as abused as the terms "Hardcore gamer" and "Casual gamer" For most overrated, definitely Trixie and Derpy: Trixie - she wasn't bad as a one-shot, but I never really found her memorable outside of color scheme. I don't really have much of the problem with her, but the way a majority of the fandom *coughequestriadailycough* obsess over her rubs me the wrong way Derpy - You know you got an overrated character when her 30 seconds of screen time completely overshadows the main character of the episode(this is especially true with how the fandom responded to the controversy) As for underrated, I say Twist - Really, what did she do to make you guys hate the poor girl, is it the lisp?(Seriously, I love the lisp )

I still don't like MMDW, that's something that's pretty much set in stone, but Merriwether Williams gets more crap than she deserves. Hearth's Warming Eve was a great history building episode(even if there are things that bug me about it), Dragon Quest was great despite its shortcomings, PYHD is probably my second favorite Fluttershy after Hurricane Fluttershy, and Wonderbolt Academy was excellent development for Rainbow Dash. At this point fans need to stop being anal about everything she writes or trying to find every little flaw to blow out of preportion

Are people still complaining about Spitfire's character? Because to be honest, there was barely any character to ruin to begin with

I'll just join the "Mysterious Mare Do Well" Bandwagon, from the overexaggeration of Rainbow Dash's flaws to how out of character the rest were, everything about that episode left a bad taste in my mouth and while I actually liked Owl's Well, I can see why people hate it so much, I wasn't much fond of Owlicious my self. God he has a stupid name
