  1. It is difficult for me to think about "people" in general without focusing on the worst things that they do. A few ponies being somewhat mean is nothing compared to the horrors that human beings are known to perpetrate.
  2. I can really relate to Scootaloo in this episode. I recently went through a period of having panic attacks at night. I know how it is to be terrified of sunset, to suffer from sleep deprivation, and so on.
  3. Pinkie - can you give me tips on making new friends?
  4. How about Apple Fritter? I think that she is kind of cute. She was one of the Apple Family relatives that Twilight Sparkle met in the first episode, and she has appeared periodically ever since. According to the MLP Wiki: "She also appears in Over a Barrel, where she wears a cowboy hat to fit the Western setting. She is one of the four dancers who accompany Pinkie Pie as she sings her song, You Got to Share, You Got to Care. In The Last Roundup, she helps set up Applejack's surprise welcome home party and later appears at the Canterlot stadium. In A Canterlot Wedding - Part 1, she helps Applejack bake her food for the wedding, and in A Canterlot Wedding - Part 2, she appears at the wedding reception alongside Meadow Song with Applejack."
  5. Granted - You think of the best possible wish, but it won't come true because you already used up your one wish to think of it. I wish that Pinkie Pie was real, and lived with me, and was my best friend.
  6. 1. Pinkie Pie 2. Twilight Sparkle 3. Rarity 4. Fluttershy 5. Applejack 6. Rainbow Dash I like to specify that I love all six. This is just my preference of most to least favorite.
  7. If given the opportunity, I would abandon the world of people and live the rest of my life in Equestria - even if it meant I would never see another human being again.
  8. This new episode of "Friendship is Witchcraft" was the first one I ever saw. Before I saw it, I actually saw just the clip of Twilight's song about her brother. I really enjoyed it. I wanted to watch the other episodes, but they have been blocked in my country on YouTube. Fortunately I eventually found another website where I could watch them all. It is a very clever series, in my opinion.
  9. Did you ever notice that if you flip 314 backwards, it sort of looks like the word "PIE?"
  10. Are there any fan-made videos that you would recommend?
  11. I would also like to be involved in fan-made video projects. I am interested in both writing and voice acting. I just do not know how become part of a group that it doing it.
  12. That is a great idea. I will definitely want to be in "Pinkie Pie House!" Although, I wonder where I would be placed by the Ponyville equivalent of the sorting hat. I love Pinkie Pie, but I do not necessarily have the most in common with her.
  13. I purchased the digital version of "Bronies: The Extremely Unexpected Adult Fans of My Little Pony." I have only watched it once, but I really liked it and I will probably watch it again sometime. I love John De Lancie's story about doing the Discord voice and forgetting all about it - then getting all the emails from Bronies after it aired.
  14. Ducktales - Darkwing Duck - Chip N' Dale's Rescue Rangers I still enjoy going back and watching the old episodes. And I love when I get to see them come back in other forms, such as comic books. I think that I will always be excited to see these characters, no matter how much time passes since they went off the air.
  15. That is interesting. In the opposite situation - being one of a few males in a mostly female population - I would be quite thrilled.
  16. I have seen many examples of canceled tv shows making a comeback in other media. In recent years, "Darkwing Duck" and "Rescue Rangers" came back as comic books. The original "Ducktales" cartoon was based on Uncle Scrooge comic books that were first published in the 1950s. And there is the "Smurfs" movie, which has a sequel coming out soon. Fandoms are like horror franchise killers. They never really die for good.
  17. Well, my answer to questions like this is always going to be Pinkie Pie. I love her the most. And I don't just mean out of characters from "My Little Pony."
  18. If I won a big lotto jackpot, I could see contributing to something like that. I was already planning on building a tree-house for my niece, and modeling it after Sugar Cube Corner.
  19. I don't remember ever caring one way or the other if a tv show was "girly." I only cared whether I found it entertaining. I believe that looked at all kinds of shows that had female main characters - Strawberry Shortcake, Gem, She-Ra - but just never enjoyed them very much. My childhood definitely needed more female protagonists. Side note: Did anyone ever notice that the mascots for cereal companies are always male? Can anyone name a single female cereal mascot, for a cereal that was not based on a tv show or something? Tony the Tiger, Cap'n Crunch, Toucan Sam, Lucky the Leprechaun, the silly rabbit, Snap Crackle Pop... I can't think of one.
  20. I agree that Applejack has not reached her peak as a character. The family reunion episode was a good example of Applejack still being able to have goals in life, even though she is doing what she wants to do as a career at the moment.
  21. I was lucky and / or spoiled. I didn't even start watching the show until sometime between Season Two and Season Three. So I had 52 unwatched episodes right off the bat, with a third Season on the way.
  22. Rainbow Dash is my least favorite, but I still love her. Specific things that I like about her: - She stands up for her friends. - She is brave and heroic. - I like her coloring. - I like her voice. - It is cute when she sometimes gets sentimental. - She is almost as adorable as Twilight when she gets excited about something. - I liked her design for her gala outfit more than Rarity's.
  23. Winter 2014 Wow, that is really far off. I was not expecting so much time in between seasons. I am a bit saddened by that news. (sigh)
  24. I am sure that I would have loved "Friendship is Magic" no matter what time in life that it came out. Sometimes I wonder how my life would have been different if I had made an effort to have female friends when I was a kid. This question makes me also wonder if being a fan of a show like this from a young age would have influenced my friendships.
