    So, Crispy gets a comment about his awesome beard and I get nothing? Just this generic blanket statement? Psshhhh. You know what? I may not be everypony's concept of beauty, but I like what I see when I look in the mirror. I love my dimple, I love that Cindy Crawford thing I have over my lip, I love my dark-as-a-moonless-night hair, I love my dark chocolate-brown eyes. I do not need validation from internet strangers and that's that.

    Lol, doubt it but let's form the ugly guy club! /) Appreciate the kind words but the fact remains that when I post up a pic, I get compliments on the background, location or the crazy thing I am doing - NOT how good I look.

    If that's your definition of ugly, then by comparison I am downright hideous. Someone clearly beat me to near death with the ugly stick. I agree, that's a lovely eye color. I am digging the glasses too.

    I think I found one: http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tSfgIa_hG0&feature=related Aubergine in the US is simply "eggplant" which is easy to get. In the video, he also talks about finding sour cream. Sour cream in the US is everywhere! Guess creme fraiche is more common in Europe but here in the US that's hard to find and sour cream is not. So, for those of us in the States, this recipe should be easy to do.

    Thanks!! I just have to find more Gordon Ramsay videos with recipes that don't have very rare ingredients or very expensive ingredients, and that don't take hours to make.

    Cannot give out my full name - I have enemies (not in this forum, but they are out there). My first name is Mauricio. This is derived from Latin Mauritius so there is a version of it in just about every language derived from Latin, e.g. Maurice (English), Moritz (German). It means "dark-skinned, Moorish." My name amuses me to no end because my mother is afraid of black people. I love the irony. So, when I think of my name, this is what comes to mind: And I could not be prouder.
