I think ethically and legally It's wrong. But like most "wrong" things if people have the power to do it without risk of punishment, then they will continue to do it. Hasbro doesn't get Ad revenue from people stealing their videos and posting them online, and Hasbro's ad revenue is their main source of income alongside the toys! But the counter problem is, they've let the printing industry grow to the point, that any attempts to clamp down on illegal providers would not only result in a large amount negative press but also have little effect as other sources would soon appear. Hasbro has little option now to just let it happen, and try take down biggest of the biggest.

This threads getting a bit out of hand I think that Sexuality is a theme that MLP as a children's show, isn't going to be brought up. Other Shows Such as the legend of Cora, have a Higher TV rating, and an older target audience, and therefore have themes that are more appropriate. Although Same Sex relationships might be alluded too, or just "occur" without any pointing out. It's not something that a children's show with. the target audience of young children would be addressing directly. As with the allegations of Homophobia, I'm sure that the writers of MLP and the users on the forum are thinking with the show in mind and not trying to be homophobic

Everyone seems to forget that MLP is a kid show targeted primarily at a young audience, and it seems not only inappropriate rating wise for an episode surrounding drug themes to be made as that could potentially see MLP lose its TV-Y rating (Which I presume Hasbro would be very intent on maintaining), but also against Hasbro's aim of focusing issues seen on MLP to issues that would affect young children.

Maybe the Ponies don't speak to remain hidden and to keep their cover as unintelligent beings intact

I'd love to see the CMC's relationship with Silver Spoon and Diamond tiara post crusaders of the lost mark, possibly seeing if the once bullies return to they're past ways!

In terms of this actually occurring in the shower, it's doubtful that Hasbro would: 1) put something as controversial as Herd Relationships in any show, let alone a kids show, 2) essentially re-write the lore of MLP to accommodate "Pony Herd" relations. The thing is, that first and foremost MLP is a kids show, and the characters aren't representative of the Equine race and are more often than not solely Mediums to convey a Story and a Morale. Even if Hasbro wanted to do an episode on Herd Relations with Ponies, they'd probably not tackle it as bluntly as expected, either by having the herd simply playing a role in the episode with the Implying of relationship or just simply being PC (Like Hasbro has been in the past) and avoiding the topic altogether. To a certain degree, Herd Relationships have already been addressed with the Cows and the Buffalo's and its quite obvious that Hasbro has left it intentionally vague to avoid this kind of discussion In Episodes where these animals are featured, they are used as a Plot Medium, and they don't represent the Animal Race! Long Story Short, Hasbro's Too PC and would likely never touch the topic directly, and even if they did it'd be probably vague like they've done with other races with Herd relationships in real life!
