  1. While I'm at work I use a combination of Chrome and TOR. When I'm at home I typically stick to using Chrome, though I occasionally use Firefox when I want to make use of certain addons.
  2. Other than the awkward and forced persona of RWJ on =3, my main problem with the show is that all of the videos he features are typically pulled right off of the front pages of sites like Break or Reddit, so more than likely I've already seen them days prior by the time he uploads the episode.
  3. @@Scootalove, Rebooting a franchise doesn't necessary mean the outcome will be a good game. That being said, I don't understand the calls for a Sonic the Hedgehog reboot. Sonic Generations was released just over two years ago, and it was widely considered to be a great game. Sonic Colors was released a year prior in 2010 and was also widely considered to be a great game. Even before Colors, 2008's Sonic Unleashed was given praise for it's high-speed daytime sections. 2013's Sonic Lost World was sort of a flop but at the same time Sonic Team took a risk by completely redesigning the gameplay and movement mechanics of Sonic. In many ways, Sonic Lost World IS a reboot of Sonic the Hedgehog. Personally, I'd like to see a return to the more recent high-speed Sonic the Hedgehog games.
  4. This is yet another example as to why children should never be given celebrity status. Amanda Bynes, Dana Plato, Gary Coleman, Lindsay Lohan, Macaulay Culkin, Michael Jackson, Miley Cyrus, etc. Far too often these child celebrities grow up to be broken adults.
  5. Honestly, as much as I enjoy the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, the vast majority of characters are too one dimensional to relate to. I could draw comparisons between myself and almost any Sonic franchise character with little to no effort, which in my mind makes the purpose of this thread little more than what my favorite Sonic the Hedgehog character is...which is Rouge.
  6. I would personally like to see Spyro the Dragon rebooted, but at the same time I think The Legend of Spyro trilogy was a good way to end the franchise. I know Skylanders is the spiritual continuation of Spyro the Dragon, but it's almost completely unrelated to the franchise as a whole. For me, I will always see 2008's Dawn of the Dragon as the "last" Spyro the Dragon game.
  7. Wow...this is a tough one. Hmm, I think I'd have to go with Sonic 3 & Knuckles. I know it's technically two games, but it was originally supposed to be a single game. Sonic 3 & Knuckles has some of my absolute favorite zones and zone themes, most notably Lava Reef Zone. That being said, I have to give an honorable mention to Sonic Generations for being the first modern Sonic the Hedgehog game to really perfect the high speed controls, and was just great fun all around.
  8. @, If you don't like The Last of Us, that's perfectly fine. I wasn't talking about whether the game is good or not. I was pointing out how silly calling The Last of Us a "generic zombie shooter" was seeing as how it doesn't play like most other shooters. I mean, honestly at any given time you might have ~20 bullets amongst all of your weapons so even calling The Last of Us a shooter to begin with is pretty silly to me.
  9. The Seahawks have and always will be my team.
  10. Credit cards are perfectly fine to use as long as you are financially responsible. I have two credit cards that I use frequently, but I always make sure to zero out the balance on each of them at the end of the month. In doing so, I am building up my credit score while having zero debt. A good credit score will make banks more likely to approve you for loans should the need arise.
  11. I honestly don't know how any of you can possibly even begin to cast The Last of Us as generic. The gameplay perfectly compliments the game's narrative and tone, forcing you into many potential combat situations with very little ammunition or supplies at your disposal. At the same time The Last of Us doesn't allow you to simply stealth past said combat situations, putting you in a constant state of desperation. Every bullet, every crafting component, and every piece of scrap matters, especially if you turn up the difficulty. I can't think of another game from recent years that even comes to matching the balance of desperate combat and stealth, save for maybe Tomb Raider. This review pretty much sums of my feelings about The Last of Us, both the good and the bad.
  12. The hours at my job range anywhere between 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. As long as I'm putting in 40 hours per week, I'm pretty much free to work whatever shift I want as long as I'm not creating any gaps in coverage. It's one of my favorite perks of being salaried.
  13. So, after three years of vowing to never purchase any My Little Pony merchandise I finally ended up caving a few weeks back and bought myself a Rarity dog tag that I now wear daily.
  14. @@Malinter is spot on with his analysis. There exists a timeless perception of classy and elegant women as being either kinky or wild behind closed doors and in the bedroom. Combine that with the fact that Rarity at one point had a dark side to her, i.e. Nightmare Rarity, and it's not hard to see where this perception of Rarity as being sexually deviant stemmed from.
  15. Whenever I visit my parents, my mother always cooks Korean style beef tri-tips served with oi (cucumber) kimchi and steamed white rice. It's an incredibly simple dish, but it is my absolute favorite thing to eat. I've tried to replicate the dish on my own numerous times, but I can never get the marinade quite right.
