  1. The only episode I really don't like watching is "Griffon the Brushoff." Gilda is a very flat, boring character, and watching her be an ass for 20 minutes was unpleasant. She doesn't have a convincing reason to be an ass, she isn't mean in ways that make sense, and there is literally no reason for Rainbow Dash to like her. The only thing about that episode I like is when Pinkie tells Fluttershy that her "auntie Pinkie" has it all under control, and Fluttershy is just like "... I'm a year older than you." THE ONLY THING.
  2. Where is all this shyness coming from. Stop being shy, self.

  3. 1. You said to keep it clean, so I'll just say Brian Posehn's stand-up is my most favorite thing ever and if anyone wants to experience the joy and perfection that is his comedy, they can click the link. There're cuss-words in there, though, so beware. 2. Absurd humor. If it's weird and slightly creepy, I probably think it's funny. 3. People who hate things and get super mad about whatever it is they hate. I've got strong opinions too, bro, but I sure ain't spitting and cursing at anybody about it. It doesn't make sense to me, and then laughs come out. Yep.
  4. I'd wish that the human race would, from that moment onward into infinity, have more empathy. Global-scale compassion for others would promote understanding and would limit conflict. If I get one small, selfish wish, though, I'd wish for the ability to fly.
  5. That underwear set is so, so cute. I don't know where people usually buy their underwear business, but Target usually has bras for ~$20 so I wouldn't say what you paid was too overpriced... Is that including shipping? Regardless-- definitely not a waste of money! If you've spent it on something you like, it's never a waste~
  6. WOW I FORGOT TO EAT BREAKFAST. DANGIT.

@Claudia - NICE. Yeah, I'm slowly watching it eat up all of my free (eating) time. Woe.

@Riclo - But it's the most important meal of the day! Starts your metabolism, or... something.

  7. Ooh, when I visited my friend in Toronto, she took me to Tim Horton's! Their coffee was really good. *_* The pastries kind of reminded me of Krispy Kreme. Yeah, Starbucks is like "oh, you wanted ice with your drink? Here, have ALL OF THE ICE." And then you take a sip and you just have a cup of ice. ;_; It's a hard life, yo.
  8. I died laughing, RIP me. I don't have a coffee habit-- I have more of a problem where if there isn't a cup of green tea in front of me at work, I'm probably having an internal monologue about murdering every customer that walks through the door. Coffee is more of a treat, 'cuz I like it really light, and milk products make my skin sad. u_u Sounds like you like your coffee quite dark, Firebolt! ... Does anybody here like their coffee iced?
  9. I speed-read the whole thing, and all I can say is that in a fictional universe such as MLP:FiM, on the basis that everyone wants it to work, it will work. Which makes sense with what the show has set up-- presumably upwards of hundreds of ponies with powers and flying skills vs. two slightly-OP alicorns, and no one's taken over yet (What is this, a children's cartoon?!). Nice job!
  10. I work at a gas station as a cashier. I wear a Baskin Robbins t-shirt as part of my mandatory attire, because there is a soft serve icecream station in part of the store. I get to eat free icecream all day, basically. I also get to talk to a billion different people each day. The store gets a lot of truckers (as in heavy-duty hauling trucks, car delivery trucks...) because there's no roof over the pumps, allowing larger trucks to fuel easily. I have met the weirdest people at that gas station, let me tell you. It's also self-serve, so when it rains I have a lot more time to eat free icecream.
  11. I'd say she's both a Bug- and Flying-type. Celestia used Solar Beam on her, and it was barely effective. Really though I think she was at least a separate species, like everybody else is saying. :V
  12. I wish I knew where my tablet was. Drawing with a pencil is fun, but I want to draw for people. ;-;

  13. I've got a big, big, big, big heartbeat, yeah I think you are the sweetest thing I wear a coat of feelings and they are loud I've been having good days Think we are the right age To start out own peculiar ways With good friendly homes is my favorite song on earth. It's a song about first love, and it captures the feeling perfectly. :3
  14. First impression: "Eh, the style's computer generated? Well, that isn't automatically a bad thing... but..." And then I read the article. Ringo Starr is voice acting in it. And now I have to watch it and if it isn't good I am going to spend 8 hours screaming.
  15. No. No. No. A thousand times forever into infinity, no, videogames do NOT cause violent acts in society. This is something that worries me TREMENDOUSLY about society. People are desperate to find a reason behind pointless acts of violence (such as the example you gave of the Columbine shootings). I can appreciate that they want something to blame and something to fix, but video games do not teach people how to kill. At worst, they desensitize people to violence. At best, they are an outlet for negative energy. Shoot the nonexistent people on the screen, not the people mistreating you at school, home, or at work. The US Army uses videogames to recruit people, sure, I'll buy that. It makes killing people for the army seem fun and exciting. The US Army is legally allowed to fund games to inspire people to join the army, so why are video games still legal if they inspire killing? Oh, right, because the killing aspect isn't the part that people are influenced by.
  16. Ahahaha, this is amazingly cute. I love how you can tell that they're at different distances away from the viewer! Very good work. Will you ink or color this?
  17. Anyone ever heard of " ?" Literally my favorite dance style. You mime things you'd do in the kitchen in preparing a meal.(If you don't like rap or hearing ~*foul language*~ in music then don't click that link. If you aren't a tremendous infant and you want to see the best dance style on this earth, CLICK. THE. LINK.)
  18. Oh, my-- terrorism is happening literally next door to you..! I was like "where on earth does this dude LIVE?" and... Indonesia, huh? There's so much political corruption and such a religious crapstorm going on over there. I'm sorry you have to deal with it, please be safe... *shivers* Haha, I'm glad you liked my post!

Oooooh, I recognize your style, Rai! Do you have a tumblr, by any chance? If you're so inclined, a sketch of Dap would be appreciated~ Her cutie mark is a red bow like the tie she has on.
  20. If I have a sleeping companion and they wake me up by pushing me or something, I cuddle. Aggressively. Partially as a punishment, and partially because cuddling is fun. The only way to wake me up otherwise is with an alarm. I've slept through an earthquake, a few hurricanes, fireworks...
  21. 1. Bake cupcakes. I'm awful at it, so maybe Pinkie can help me out. 2. Sneak around the house with a makeshift weapon or call the cops, depending on whether I knew my family members were home or not. 3. Find Pinkie, bake cupcakes. Ta-da.
  22. Pinkie Pie, of course~ 1. She lives to make others happy. I can related to that, and I think it is an admirable trait for anyone to have. She's the picture of benevolence, or kindness for kindess' sake. 2. PINK, PINK EVERYWHERE. Her entire character design is the loud and springy type of cute I like! Curls, fluffs, bouncing, etc., are all things I like. 3. Twilight was born and raised in Canterlot, Applejack on the Apple family's farm, Rarity was born in Ponyville, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy were born in Cloudsdale, and Pinkie... was born on a rock farm. A rock farm. Her background is the most troubled, and she is the peppiest and happiest out of all of them. I like that. 4. She's an extremely well-written character. As I've said before, she's the 'goofy/random' character, and it isn't often that such a character is also knowledgeable about useful things (such as with the parasprite issue or with her whole Pinkie sense). While the other characters are also well written, this trope turned into a better character impresses me a lot. 5. Earth pone best pone.
  23. The only things I've seen mentioned that I would recommend are Cowboy Bebop, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, FLCL, Yu Yu Hakusho, or One Piece (the latter two are better if you like long, multi-season shows). I would not recommend Naruto or Bleach unless you like the same things over and over again for a billion seasons, but if that doesn't bother you and you're interested in the whole Ninja / OP main characters thing, go for it. If you enjoyed Avatar: The Last Airbender, you should check out Avatar: Legend of Korra! It's only one season at this point, but the action is AMAZING. The romance is eh, but you might like it more than I did. I'm not big into romance. If you want a taste of something a little different, I highly, highly recommend Mushi-shi. It's on Netflix (but I'm a purist and think subtitled anime is best anime so... hit youtube up, haha), and it's about a traveling 'exorcist' of sorts who solves problems related to mushi, or other-dimensional spirits. It's beautiful, and it's peaceful at times when there isn't awesome action. It isn't big on humor, though, which is why I recommend... Samurai Champloo! Another recommendation which I haven't seen yet, and am shocked at the absence of mention. It's funny, the characters are very dynamic, there's action, and the art style is awesome. That's all I got.
  24. I had to logic myself into being as happy as I am. I don't have an especially difficult life, but I get depressed when things start getting stressful. Like even minutely stressful. I realize how stupid it is, but you try telling that to yourself while you can't motivate yourself to move for hours except to go to work. It's really hard. That said, nothing brings me greater joy than being kind to others and helping people. I believe strongly in the idea that what goes around will come around; I believe in fate as an unavoidable and unknowable path through life; I believe there is no life after death. These things make me extremely happy, so... yeah. I logic myself into happiness.
