My god, that game was nerve-wrecking. But respect to Arsenal for pulling through. Another year of CL, gotta love it! Also, grats to Malmö FF, first Swedish team to qualify for CL since 2000. Good show! -

Cavani or Falcao? A man can dream, right? If nothing else, it's a chance for Campbell and Sanogo to step up -

gaming World of Warcraft fans, i need your help!

Oh yeah, I think everyone have a "go to" class they fall in love with. Mine is Shaman. I love the theme of the class and everything it brings to the table. Enhancement is just so much fun to play. I'm not a role-player by any but I'm very into the aesthetics of my character, and being a tauren I'm able to get some mean looking transmogs. Not to mention how much time I spent getting the "Stormbreaker" title and the Vortex Pinnacle mount because they were just right for him. That's how much I love the class and my character. But it wasn't the first class I played by any means. My main character in vanilla was a Druid that I played for a couple of years. So don't be afraid to experiment until you find a class you yourself enjoy For me it's very important finding the right race/class combo, it has to feel right (male/female can make a huge difference too). That's why I could never enjoy the Paladin, because Tauren and Blood Elf Paladins don't do it for me. If I played alliance, I'd make a Dwarven Paladin in a heartbeat! -

If you like magic and want to be a caster, I recommend a mage or a elemental shaman. Both are fun, and easy to play. Horde and Alliance are basically enemies, there's a lot of lore involved. They have different areas and cities and they don't mingle with eachother, but gameplay wise they play the same. Basically pick the side with the races you like. The retail version should the same as the downloadable version. You still have to pay for the subscription fee. It's super easy to download, the client handles all the downloads, installs and patching for you -

Nice! I think WoW is still by far the best MMO on the market despite what people say about it, it's a great game to get into. Steel Accord provided a link to the Starter Edition, it lets you test the game for free up to lvl 20. Good way to get a taste for it and see how you like it. The game is very user friendly First thing you do is pick a server. There's PvP, where players can attack and kill other players of the opposing faction pretty much everywhere. PvE, you can't get attacked unless you flag yourself for PvP (with some exceptions). And there's RP-PvE and PvP, which is Role Playing servers. Same thing, but for those who like to role play. I recommend PvE for a enjoyable experience Races, you got two factions: Horde and Alliance. Alliance have Humans, Dwarves, Gnomes, Night Elves, Worgen and Draenei. Horde have Orcs, Trolls, Tauren, Undead, Blood Elves and Goblins. And in the newest expansion you have Pandaren which are neutral and can pick either side. You're not limited to one character, so don't worry too much about choosing. The racial abilities aren't that big of a deal. Go with a race you like the look of As for classes, there's a lot that could be said. The only thing I would consider when you're starting out is if you like ranged or melee characters. All classes have three different specializations (druids have four) that you can switch between. Most classes can perform multiple roles. Shaman, my favorite class for example, have a ranged damage spec, a melee damage spec and a healing spec. Once again, you're not limited to one character, so don't be afraid to test out different classes until you find one you like That's a little bit of the basics. As for actually playing the game, I think that's better to experience and learn as you go. Feel free to ask more questions here. Some players in WoW can be a bit... non-friendly, don't get turned away by it, it's just how the internet is. Good luck -

Just like pony fanart, even the simplest of images can have a lot of thought, a lot of backstory to it. Sometimes the artist will tell you in the description, sometimes you have to see it for yourself. I know not everyone cares about that, but that's what I like about PMV's. I don't judge the quality of a PMV by how well you can use an editing program. I like emotion, whether it's sad, beautiful, creepy, feel-good, funny, dramatic. Some PMV's really bring it And like Senpai Stellafera said, sometimes we like to have fun. Fun is allowed! Not everyone have a degree in graphic design and animation. Something to keep in mind when you judge other people's work

I think there's definitely variety with PMV's if you know where to look for it. Motion graphics, typographies, custom animations, you got traditional PMV's, the heavily lip-synced ones, PMV's that try to tell a story. Not to mention the variety of music. And just like music, you may not like all of it (or any of it for that matter) that's totally fine I do love making PMV's though so I'm totally biased, but yeah, there's is absolutely more than just the heavily lip-synced ones out there

What was your favorite season 4 episode?
Jaref replied to Lunar Glow's topic in MLP:FiM Canon Discussion
Have to be Castle Mane-ia for me, everything about it just felt right. Great humor, great character interaction, nice change of enviroment, but most of all I love how it manages to get every character involved in the storyline in such a short manner, it doesn't have to be so complicated. Definitely one of my favorites! Maud Pie was also a really good one. Once again, I really like the episodes that involves all of the mane 6 without just having them be there just to be there. I think this episode did a great job with that. It was hilarious too, with some great feels to top it off (Pinkie really do get a lot of awesome episodes doesn't she?)- 45 replies

Civ 5 Had a great game as Montezuma, started on a pretty small continent between Ramses and Suleiman, didn't get much use of my jaguars. Went tall with 4 cities and played it peacefully until gunpowder and cannons, then I took Ramses and all his sexy wonders, followed by Suleiman. Used Ramses religion to push for a tourism victory, never tried that before. He had pagodas and cathedrals and the +2 tourism bonus for religious buildings. It worked really well, except for Indonesia having SO much more culture than everyone else. Even with 700 tourism per turn it was taking so long. Got tired of it eventually and started taking his cities. Got the culture victory shorly after. First King victory, slowly improving

If you can beat the Flamelurker you can beat everything the souls games have to offer, I guarantee it. Doesn't mean you wont die a lot, no one is a Dark Souls / Demon's souls expert on their first playthrough, but it doesn't mean that you suck either, it's just part of the game. Sometimes it gets to a point where it's so frustrating you're not having fun, I've had my fair share of those moments in the souls games, but don't give up! Everything can be beaten. It's all about patience and percerverance Are you playing Demon's Souls right now?
