    I've been looking through different media and news articles online talking about the brony fandom for my essay. I wanted to find evidence of why the discriminating views on bronies should be put into consideration. There was the report of Michael Morones (my prayers go out to him) that is very supporting; and the boy who was banned from wearing his Rainbow Dash backpack in school. Then I found info of one man who was fired from his job because he was a brony. I felt that it would be a powerful source to back up my argument, but I can't help but think that what if it is just an over exaggeration. It's not that I don't believe it, I just want to avoid making misinformation. What do you think? Should I state this information in my paper?

    My ponysona has a pencil drawing a heart. I have a passion for drawing and making up stories. I'm more comfortable with a pencil or a piece of charcoal than I am at making digital art. I might start practicing on drawing beautiful MLP fan art as soon as I'm finished with school.

    I kinda like Celestia because Twilight likes her. After all, she is her teacher. But I love Luna too. She has a good heart, but she is a bit selfish and temperamental like any other youths in real life. Maybe if she reached out to the ponies more and got to know them better like she did in "Luna Eclipsed," she wouldn't have felt so alone. Luna was obviously not herself when she tried to kill her own sister when she was Nightmare Moon. Why Celestia banished her young sister in the moon is a big mystery. But Luna is back to normal and she did forgive and forget, so I feel like that's all that matters.

    I don't think I would call Gilda a villain; she's more of a delinquent than a villian. To me, a true villian would be someone really bad to the core. Someone who wants to conquer all of pony kind or spread darkness and terror. I think King Sombra would be a proper candidate for those. It would also be nice if they come up with new villains or meanies like Diamond Tiara and Gilda.

    I don't know what to think. I'm aware that changes happen, but I think it happened too soon. The Mane Six doesn't feel the same with Twilicorn. I still watch because I love the show and the characters.

    I don't bother thinking about what corprets decide to do. They are a bit unpredictable and confusing. Besides, we don't know what the future has in store for us. We might as well wait and decide for ourselves.

    I just bought an 8 inch beanie baby Apple Jack from a store. I want it to have a cowboy hat, but I think it's a little pointless to buy one doll sized hat from doll crafting supply stores I've found online. Since I do have decent artistic skills, I thought I would try to make one instead. But.....I suck at sewing; so I want to know if anypony has ideas of crafting a mini hat that doesn't involve sewing. Thank you so much.

    I read somewhere online that Evangelion fans made death threats to the show's producers sometime ago. I can't help but fell concerned that some bronies might do the same thing one day if something were to happen in MLP that makes them really mad. I was a little mad that they made Twilight Sparkle an alicorn, and I'm still trying to adjust to it; but I wouldn't resort to threatening to hurt someone over a cartoon show. I'm not accusing anyone of making death threats or anything, I'm just feeling concerned about the welfare of the MLP fandom.

    Not to mention that some women are attracted to the most aggressive or criminally insane men types. I've learned that Ted Bundy received 120 love letters from women living in the same town where he was executed. As I said before, men and women have different personalities and thoughts.

    Me again. If you want to know how I deal with trolls, I simply ignore them. Although, sometimes I can't help but respond back, but I say something like, "Yeah, whatever." or "So what's your point?" or "You're such a bore." Fight ignorance by acting ignorant. That's what I did when bullies picked on me back in middle school. It didn't work that much, but it felt good trying.

    I'm close to making a breakthrough with my essay. I need to know in detail just how do bronies contribute to society. I know there're brony charity sites, but I can't completely understand what their purposes are. I would be grateful for more information anypony can give me.

    If any one of us were present during Helen Keller's time, some people treated blind folk unfairly because they saw them as retarded, clumsy, and underdeveloped weaklings. So, yeah, sometimes people can be harsh to those who look or think differently. It's best to ignore these "anti-bronies" and never insult them back in retaliation; because we're proving their point by engaging in pointless fights with them. There is a time and place to stick up for ourselves after all.

    I took a look at anti-brony sites, and they are pointless sites with immature trolls. They're all bark and no bite.

    Some girls like a little action. The Sailor Moon series have some girly qualities in them but have lots of action. The anime was watched by both girls and boys alike. Of coarse, the main point is that both males and females have different personalities and thoughts, and they enjoy anything which stimulates their interest. If men like a show with "girly" ponies, I have no problem with it. I admit that it is a bit weird. But if it makes them happy, that's fine with me, too. There's also the matter with age and mental condition. I'm a 30 year old female with Asperger's Syndrome, and I still watch cartoons and play Pokémon. They're my most favorite things to do, and they keep me calm; I'm not all immature and underdeveloped as those trolls claim.

    I can tolerate whatever these trolls say, and I know they have a right to their own opinion. But it's hard to tolerate the ones who mention autistics in their comments. I happen to have Asperger's Syndrome which is a form of autism. I know there're some bronies that have autistic spectrum disorders as well; but to be called (excuse my language) "Fucking retarded faggots" , "underdeveloped man babies", "These autistic horse fuckers should kill themselves!" I can't stand it! Autistics are not these so called, "Stupid, dirty idiots that have no lives and live in their parents' basement," kind of people. I've learned of a lot of high functioning autistics that are hard-working, married and have families. There're some, like myself, who are still struggling to make it society; but at least I'm trying hard! I wish they would just STOP!! Sorry, I had to take that off my chest<,(

    I'm starting a rough draft for my Composition 2 essay. I need anypony to answer the questions here: 1. Why do you like "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic"? 2. What is it about the show that compels you to keep watching it? 3. How has MLP impacted your life? These questions can be answered by anypony who is willing to participate. I'll be comparing and contrasting each answer to find which ones are good for my thesis. I really appreciate your help in my assignment. Thank you.

    Thanks everypony! There's one question on the assignment sheet as follows: "Communities tend to share a common vocabulary, or lexicon, often in acronyms or slang/lingo generated by the community. What are the words that are part of this community's lexicon, and what do they mean/refer to? Give 6-10 words." So I need to know at least 6 or 10 words from your community's lexicon. How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: I've been a big fan of My Little Pony since I was a child when they first came out during the 1980's. I've discovered FiM on the internet in the spring of 2011(I think). I was hooked on the show ever since. Hello fellow MLP fans! I want to inform you that I'm visiting the site as part of a Composition 2 assignment. We're doing essays about online communities. I needed to join an online community so I could get some insider/member information. To be honest, I wanted to join a brony website or a long time, but I was a little nervous; but here I am now. Because I'm here as a student with an assignment, I prefer not to reveal my true human name at this time. Please understand that this is for privacy reasons, so for now just call me SilverLine. I'll be asking simple questions at some point, so if anypony is willing to answer them, it would be most appreciated. Who knows? I might decide to stay and make friends.
