    I think they chose this location because its cheap. I've never been to NYC or the Unites States in general myself, it's kinda hard for me to believe that there are places in NYC where you'd get killed if you're walking down the street at night. I looked up the location at Google Street View and it looks... well... bad, but it doesn't look like a place where people get killed. Thats how bad places look here: Even if it sounds like a bad idea, you can still go there at night without any problem. But yea, as I said, I've never been to NYC and you can't really compare Berlin to New York.

    No risk, no fun? Nah, but seriously, I wouldn't go to that place. Kinda hard to believe that the organizer of the meetup thought that it'd be a good idea to take harlem as location.

    Mh well even if you think your stuff is bad, showing it to people can actually help you a lot. You can only improve by getting feedback. People can tell you what they like and what they dislike about your work. Thats at least how I improved. If you ever need any help, or just an opinion, feel free to ask me.
