    Yes, finally, a truly good TYT episode again! No doing what MYM has already done but not as good, just a solid execution of a simple and relatable premise in addition to an expansion of something we love from the series, the friendship between Zipp and Misty. I definitely relate to Zipp in this one, I love heat and appreciating the wonders of a hot day while other people are complaining about the heat. Misty was so sweet with the way she empathized with Zipp too, made it so easy to forget that Zipp was always being skeptical of Misty initially.

    Got Resident Evil 4 Remake done, so I want to play Elden Ring next on my PS5. I am also playing Final Fantasy X on Steam, Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse on my 3DS, and Devil May Cry 3 on my Switch.

    Highly unlikely. Not only would they be going a generation back, it would be for the kind of movie that likely wouldn't do well in theaters, even not taking into account this year's notorious "flopbuster" trend. Not to mention they'd need it to get people buying toys from a generation back, a goal the first G4 movie fell short of accomplishing. This was despite it making over nine times its budget at the box office. So even if it were to skip theaters, the fact remains that there would be next to no chance of it succeeding at promoting G4 toys.

    Finished Resident Evil 4 Remake on a run where I only took damage twice throughout the entire run. One time on the boat with Del Lago, the other time on the first fight with Krauser where I took slight damage breaking free in a quick time event. This game could've been polished more in regards to controls and hit detection, but I thought the level design and most of the new mechanics were great. Pretty good example of how to do a remake right, especially when it came to the improvements with the story.

    Neither, because I'm no movie guy. If I had to pick though, I'd go with Oppenheimer. Barbie, from what I've gathered, is not self-aware guilty pleasure fun or something that even comes close to capturing that MLP-style appeal. At least Oppenheimer's got the man behind The Dark Knight.

    In Missing the Mark, we see how "Dad Hitch" has grown as a character, not freaking out over Sparky being missing and then saving him while also helping his friends in Opaline's castle. "Dad Hitch" is not just some flanderized cartoon persona, that side of Hitch made crucial development for him possible.

    The one thing I think you got wrong. That's not the only thing Gen 5 did better than FiM. It's also plot-heavy, better at writing buildup for its villains, and actually had its first reformed villain change and grow with time instead of just being immediately redeemed after some conversing.

    As far as I know, in most parts of the world, no. Most of Asia, which is the largest and most populated continent in the world, has been repealing COVID restrictions for quite some time. Even China started rescinding most of its "zero-COVID policy" rules.

    Today, for the first time in history, I did something I had never done in eleven years. As of now, CloudMistDragon has become "Misty Shadow". The reason I decided on this name is not just because I could end up potentially merging with the DA account that is archiving my stuff, but also because I feel it works as both a good simplified version of that account's name and the name I've used for so long. Changing it today, I feel was the perfect timing too, since my blog just hit 10,000 views. In light of these events, this blog will now be renamed "Misty's Diary".

    I quite like South Park, but that just wouldn't work. The style of the teams that make South Park and the style of the teams that make MLP...apples to oranges is underselling how different they are. Adult, dark, surreal, satirical humor in a show meant to dunk on the darkness in the world vs. kid-friendly, light-hearted, innocent, silly humor in a show meant to inspire you to appreciate the light in the world...

    It's her cutie mark debut. It also explains why her mane is different now, something that wasn't made clear in Tell Your Tale, but the focus of the teaser is showing how she's going to start integrating in society as a pony with a cutie mark. On the subject of the teaser, cute and funny stuff. Definitely felt sorry for Misty at the end.

    Where did you hear this from? I've seen no official confirmation. We just got a teaser for MYM Chapter 5 today with no announcement of the series ending. And we've certainly gotten no official confirmation on TYT ending, Hasbro's marketing slides were just showing the plans for MLP in 2024, no plans for after that year have been confirmed.

    Don't feel Tell Your Tale is quite back in form yet, but this one was good. Definitely mystified by how Arpeggia is voiced by Opaline's VA apparently doing an impression of a guy, but I loved how Izzy collected literally everything for Electric Blue's snack, how no tomatoes were thrown with them going against that cliche, and how light the Hitch abuse was. They actually described him to be doing pretty well with distracting the audience, was not expecting that. Still, I hope we move on from Bridlewoodstock-related episodes after this, feel they've stayed their welcome.

    It's such a stellar show, I love it. Chapter 1 is a lot better than it's given credit for despite its flaws, Chapter 2 was an improvement that got the episodic storytelling off to a pretty good start, Chapter 3 was a really charming holiday special, and Chapter 4 was a milestone for both the show and the MLP franchise. Tell Your Tale is adequate entertainment at its worst, but this is definitely the better show.

    This is something I've posted about on FiMFiction.net too, a consideration of potentially retiring the CloudMistDragon name. https://www.fimfiction.net/blog/1018245/possibly-retiring-the-cloudmistdragon-name MistyBrightShadow is now permitted to start uploading my removed art and stories, but I have considered changing my name on all social media platforms with the exception of Youtube. The reason is because CloudMistDragon was initially something I wanted to use as a name people could recognize as encompassing all of my creative content, but DeviantArt's removal of my account has ruined what I originally planned. The only response I've gotten from DeviantArt in regards to the unjust ban is that they "won't discuss anything with an email not associated with my account". The original email I used with the account is long gone, I tried explaining this, they haven't replied. Regardless of what happens, I've already changed my penname on FiMFiction to "SombraReborn", a working title for my potential "rebranded" name.

    I was permitted by the artist's rules and he had only mistaken me for an art thief. He did not even know that it was just a cover for the story that he was credited for.

    By far the greatest casualty of the unfair DeviantArt ban was the removal of all of my content. Thankfully, most of my DA-exclusive stuff is backed up, and after talking with a friend who is a very active DA user, we've decided that this user will be given my express permission to upload my removed and unreleased content. https://www.deviantart.com/mistybrightshadow It would mean a lot to me if you could show Misty some support with follows and faves.     They are the ones I'm angry with, not the guy who hit me with that DMCA. I did e-mail DA, have heard nothing back yet. I also messaged the guy on Derpibooru, who got back to me pretty quickly, and he told me regrets what he's done now that he realizes what he misunderstood. DA didn't even give me a chance to explain what happened before they not only banned me, but got rid of ALL OF MY WORK.

    I was permanently banned from DeviantArt today just for using an image for a cover for my stories. The image is from an artist who allows for alteration of their work so long as they are credited. https://www.deviantart.com/ejfirelightningarts And guess what they did? They didn't even message me asking me to take the cover down, they straight-up DMCA'd me and got my account permanently banned. The artist has recently apologized to me in a message on another site, telling me this was the result of a misunderstanding, but still, this is an absolute nightmare. All that hard work for an account I had for over ten years, GONE. This is ABSOLUTELY WRONG, I am so beyond upset with DA.
