  1. Might be some interesting questions if pony Twilight saw them But at Sunset's command is the history of an entire world with multiple cultures and races. Not only races but species and all of them are living more or less in peace together. I could see her building a fan following on this land the way JK did with Harry or Tolkein did with LoTR, at least in the context of the human world she now finds herself in, a world that has no idea Equestria even exists. It's amazing when you think of it this way: Sunset's former reality and history is to the people in the world she is now living in complete fantasy. If the comic took off she could be hailed as a great fantasist writer when in truth she would be writing about the reality she came from. How would she feel about that? Guilty when other fantasy writers as 'what is your secret'? Happy that her world has such an attraction to the human one? This would be a great way to explore her feelings and thoughts.
  2. This would be fun, would they strike up the same friendship as they have in Equestria? Now that Starlight might be in CHS for a while they are bound to meet.
  3. Don't have time at the moment, but the basic outline is there when I get time. It would start with Sunset wandering past a comic book shop and seeing a Power Rangers comic. Reminded of the power pony comic of her world she'd wander in curious and pick up a few comics. She'd ponder them for a day or two, then draw a few scenes from home, maybe a strip of her interacting with Celistia, thinking how it will go when they meet again. One of the other girls sees the drawings and questions her about her home and she does more drawings, eventually showing them to a pro visiting the shop. That's just off the top of my head, but I think that is how it would go. Another interesting plot would be if someone from Equestria (another of Starswirl's exiles? Or Starswirl himself?) saw the comic and tracked Sunset down. She could remember and 'edit' them to show herself as the heroine

  5. I think that would be fun, but I also think that the next time they go on an adventure they take Maud. I'd love to see Trixie and Maud interact
  6. A montage of her drawing MLP characters in various styles would be a lot of fun to see Rubber hose style, Loony Toons (Tex Avery)... It would be very funny with the right song.
  7. Where to start though? Founding of the Wondercolts? It'd be really fun if we see her trying to draw, failing, getting frustrated and then finding either someone to draw what she writes or teaches her how to draw. Even more fun if it were Derpy's human equivalent.
  8. Back when DC comics first got the character of Captain Marvel from Fawcette comics they published stories of him and Superman at the same time. The trick was that they kept both heroes in different universes (for a while, but I won't get into the crisis on infinite Earths) and in Captain Marvel's universe Superman was only a character in comics and in Superman's universe Captain Marvel was just a character in comics. I can imagine that Sunset, getting a little homesick, would doodle images from her homeworld and would gradually start to do memories and then stories and eventually a comic strip. It could be a way of re-connecting with Equestria and letting all her friends know about her homeworld.
  9. She's appearing more and more, this last episode it was just her and Starlight. Starlight was added as others have been.
  10. This could be a good way to explore both Sunset and Starlight, and give everyone else in the cast a chance too. Set it up this way, Starlight is in CHS and Sunset has to return to Equestria, (why can be left open for now). Sunset goes through the portal but the Sirens follow her and escape into Equestria. Fearing that the portal may be used to send them back to Earth they take a piece (or pieces) of it and run. Sunset, Twilight and the rest must pursue them all over Equestria and in the meantime Starlight is stuck on Earth with no magic, no way of getting back and maybe no way of knowing what is going on. At least not until she finds Sunset's journal and starts communicating. Not one to take things laying down Starlight convinces Twilight to help her build a portal of their own. There'd be an opportunity to explore Sunset and Starlight's characters as well as the human and pony versions of the Mane 6 as the search continues in one world and the search for parts (and for Starlight to find a place to live, and maybe a show of her in a classroom) for a portal in another.
  11. I wonder if there was a summons from Celistia would Sunset return? Say a member of her family or someone she wronged in Equestria heard that she was able to come back and asked Celestia to summon her, would she come? Or would it depend on who was asking and why?
  12. It's possible that Sunset's family is to her like Pinkie's family is to her: nearly opposite. Sunset was always determined and ambitious, that may have been a great contrast to her family, much like Pinkie's outgoing ways are a direct contrast to the rest of the Pie family.
  13. I wonder if Thorax's powers to shape shift would still work and what he'd come out as?
  14. I wonder also, does this mean that a dog going through the portal would come out as a dragon in Equestria? Just speculating what kind of dragon Scooby-doo would be
  15. For some reason those remind me of Zoey from Littlest Pet Shop. Squirel's beware!
  16. So far we've only seen two species go through the mirror, pony and dragon. All ponys become human, but we don't know if all dragons become dogs. As far as I can see Ember is the only dragon besides Spike who could fit into the portal. So if she went through would she be a dog like Spike or did Spike become a dog because human Twilight had a dog named Spike? If not a dog, what would she be? A dragonfly? A bird?
  17. I think she'll have to notice it first. Was it even noticed in Equestria until Sunset wrote Twilight about it? I'm also surprised that human Twilight hasn't recreated her magic measuring necklace (hopefully with some help from Sunset so it will only measure the magic this time) to study it.
  18. Depends on how much time and planning Sunset had when she first went through the portal. I know the comics have a backstory for that but I haven't seen it yet. It's probable though that when she went through and saw CHS, grasped the possibilities and ease of ruling a high school such as that one, that she used whatever was handy to generate the cash to find a place to live. I have a feeling that -like Twilight- Sunset spent some nights in the school before getting settled in her apartment. That would explain why the book connecting her to Equestria was still in her locker. When she moved into her new place she deliberately left it behind in case Celestia ever tried to contact her that way.
  19. I always figured the place where CHS is would be the human equivalent of Ponyville, not Canterlot.
  20. Then again we don't really see how this stuff is powered. The lights and such could all be magic, manufactured by unicorns. Communication is a bit different. One of the things I always found puzzling about the anime Inuyasha was that the character of Kagome (who was able to travel back and forth between modern and medieval Japan through a magical well) never brought anything with her but a bicycle and pre-packaged snacks. The characters were constantly being separated, she never thought to bring a pair of walkie-talkies? In Twilight's case even if she doesn't bring stuff over I wonder if she'd try replicating various gadgets with magic. Another question I have is wether or not she can bring stuff through. When Sunset went through her clothes (and I'm assuming everything in her pockets like her cell phone) vanished leaving only her backpack which transformed into a side pack. Maybe the portal has some sort of limitation on what can be brought through?
  21. Might be kinda hard to type. But a computer is something that I think Twilight would love to have, given its ability to organize and sort data. She'd have to modify it to run on magic instead of electricity though.
  22. Sorry, I didn't put that well. I was thinking of pony Twilight. Being a princess and famous any tech she introduced would gain acceptance faster than any Equestrian tech introduced by human Twilight. For instance I'm sure Pinkie would like some of the computer printing I see on cakes, Rarity would love some of the synthetic fabrics... That sort of thing.
  23. After all while Equestria is not in the stone age I'd still place their civilization at about the 1900 to 1920 era, because of the portal Twilight has access to highly advanced technology. Medicine comes to mind quickly, but what else could she bring?
