    I have four right now. For electrics I have a Mayones Setius, Jackson KE3, Ibanez RGT42DXFM (the latter of which I custom installed with Seymour Duncan pickups since the default ones were terrible), and I have one nylon acoustic guitar: the Cordoba C5-CE. I probably play my Mayones for an hour or more every day, I'm in love with it

    To play? Guitar for sure, although that's probably because it's what I play the best. I like the piano, harp, accordion and brass instruments too, though.

    Yeah I am. I'm 6'2 (barefoot) and 187lbs, suits me fine. I'd like to gain a bit more muscle, but not too much.

    According to the bodybuilding.com test, I always score 75% mesomorph + 25% endomorph. My body just generally responds to what I put into it, I've never been one of those types of people who find it difficult to either gain or lose weight.

    Assuming you mean a long term rut, then large-scale routine change. If I want to clear my head I'll usually just train with weights or play guitar.
