    Agreed, some people don't like Rarity but I love her humour she is somepony I could see myself having a wonderful time with in the yearly or quarterly visits we'd have if we were in that fictional world with her. Helping her mine for gemstones to feed Spike the dragon, I suppose would be one of our regular outings, what fun!

    That is a lovely and selfless wish. I am not sure my family would want the same if this fantasy could come true which it never will. But yeah, I'd request that to be done at least if I could, but I could not force it on them. If not, I'd go on my own after my current life was over by natural causes, by that time chances are they'd be dead anyway, I'd be lucky if I still have my brothers by the time I'm pension age.

    It would be conditional, but yes, they would have to have safeguards against foreign aggression though, which is why in my MLP fanfic I separated both Equestria and the human world divide with the Bardo afterlife system, transmigration and the multiverse, with a path to enlightenment story plot in an alternate timeline where you could join the characters, background, secondary and main, at the start of their adventure. With the messed up moral values people have in our world, you would not want those being taken over to a lovely fictional place like Equestria, trust me on that one. How would it even work? say if this fantasy could come true for the sake of discussion, a fantasy world scenario where you did end up in Equestria, you would need to adjust to their social norms, otherwise there would be a conflict, in my view such a thing could only feasibly happen if you were born and raised there. I'd give up any material possession to do this, I don't care, comics, video games, computers, does not matter, friendship there would mean far more to me than anything petty like that. If I had to give up friends however that becomes a problem, I would not trade them to live in a world like that under any circumstance, if their lives were spared however, if it did not come with the drawback of human sacrifice or anything sadistic like that,, then yes I'd do this. But if given that wish, say if I could in a fantasy world scenario like in my fanfic where Luna reached out to me and others who she thought should be given a chance after consenting to this, and if it did not come with any price that was too steep to pay, I'd choose that afterlife, as a Pegasi. I've had it with this genocidal hellscape of a planet and I want out.

    Same, regrettably to say I considered it many years back but I changed my view on that since. Vaping is both a waste of money and bad for health, resulting in a condition known as popcorn lung, carrying contaminants into the airways and if some have nicotine in them, that's even worse. I say no to that, I'd rather just drink a coke zero, at least aspartame is a naturally occurring substance in our bodies, aspartic acid, and that there is no proven link between aspartame and cancer according to Cancer Research UK and World Health Organization. That doesn't necessarily make sweetened beverages "good for us" but there is enough evidence to say artificial sweeteners like aspartame is a low risk at the very least. Smoking and vaping are not low risk though and there is conclusive evidence of both causing life threatening health problems.     I hope I am not bothering people with this, I admit I am obsessed with this topic, sometimes I can find humour in it though, hopefully the rest of you can, if not, well, I kindly ask you to ignore it. I wonder how Queen Chrysalis in MLP would respond to a Pony with a Brit accent and that Pony got cheeky and said this to her and her entire Changeling horde "Well well well, looks like I found the holy grail of muppets!" Yeah that is likely to irritate her and get the Pony kidnapped.

    I don't know about Luna, but I could not imagine the fictional character Rarity finding it pleasant, she has a strict adherence to polite conversation with her posh mid Atlantic accent. Anything she finds uncouth she does not hesitate to call others out for. And in some contexts I can see why, in relation to what I said earlier though swearing is not allowed in MLP FIM for obvious reasons, because of the target audience, and animation is family friendly, but even in adult contexts there are some forms of cursing that can be rude, such as name calling. I don't know how Rarity would respond to somebody who uses Brit slang a lot and calls others "muppets" for doing something foolish, another way of saying that is berk. but calling somebody "pr***k" or "c***" is definitely going to be something that would upset her, even if she heard somebody else being called that.

    I'd choose that fantasy scenario for the same reason you would Kilahral The reason I wrote my MLP G4 fanfic the way I did, with the whole fictional reincarnation as a Pony plot, is because I would imagine having difficulty to adapting such a fictional world in my current condition, bringing others moods down would not be helpful, and to be born and raised with their values and social norms would make individuals more likely to be a positive influence there. Otherwise people would be bringing their problems and emotional baggage with them into alien worlds that break them. If I were to go in that fictional world as I am now, which none of this is even possible, it would suck, and it would not be their fault, it would be my own for not being considerate of what they find acceptable and going into an unfamiliar world I had no adaptions to and it was too late due to my age and everything else, to make those adaptations. pretty sure using curse words would not go down well with Ponies there, I know some others would probably do and behave worse in that situation. But I could see why they would find the use of such language offensive. I would not want to bring toxicity there, at all.

    Different cultures different social norms I can see why some people would say this, what we humans find acceptable may not necessarily be true for an alien species in fictional worlds. Friends may be easier to make there, but that does not mean they will find others social norms acceptable. Don't ever say a curse word around Rarity in MLP she may say something like "Darling, we don't use language like that here, could you please be more considerate with how you express yourself to others?" Yeah don't ever use the word "damn" or "Hell" around her. Haha! Would you wish to be a pony and live in equestria? and why? | Everypony

    But that leaves the problem with how people end up with such warped views in the first place, it goes a long way back in human history, sure, but something went wrong with human development along the way for lack of empathy to not only occur with some of our brethren, but also be idolized and something worth aspiring to.

    Trying not to get angry, the copy and paste feature in Windows acts up sometimes though, copies a bunch of junk when I try to copy text from Youtube videos. Sometimes it puts highlight on forums, another reason why I am going onto Linux on future PC builds, Windows is poorly coded.

    I got a name for our planet, Planet Hell. Fitting considering genocides continue to happen in year 2025. Given human nature it's impossible to fix what is wrong in our world. If it was possible to make our world less dystopian we would have done it by now, humans have been around for over two centuries since the start of the industrial revolution. People still make bombs and other weapons to kill each other, so I'd say our world is a lost cause at this point. It's as the fictional character BFG said in the Raoul Dahl movie, human beings make weapons like that and no other animal does it. He could have been more specific about it like why they do it, to steal land from other nations, their resources or even antagonize them for their religion, all which are much more selfish and nefarious reasons than say competition for survival, but he is right though. I agree with that poster on that forum, I'd leave this world for Equestria MLP if I could. However such a realm only exists in imagination. As for humans I think our species is on its way to extinction. By the way before anyone says it, yes I know humans have existed long before the industrial revolution as well according to evolution, but the industrial revolution should have made it possible to make our world less brutal, and it hasn't, technology instead gets used to cause more pain.

    A random fact about myself? trying not to hate Dragonball, as there are some things that fiction and its writers did well at. But it is so bogged down with contrivances and inconsistencies that I cringe at today. It has not aged well, at all. I remember earlier in the series where King Kai told Tien and Yamcha that Chiaotzu would not die from getting faceplanted on his planet which had extreme gravity they were still getting used to, due to being already dead, then they retconned the immortality of spirits in the afterlife by making it possible for them to be erased, effectively making Other World no better than the Mortal realm, kind of a big deal if you want to ensure spirits a safe passage from one world to the next. Later in the series during Cell arc, Cell claims he can only be destroyed if the nucleus in his head is taken out, but his head got completely blown off by Goku's kamehameha earlier in their battle, and he survived and regrew his lost head. Yes, in the Buu saga, the soul erasure thing does raise the stakes of the fight, but it also makes Other World completely unsafe when villains can just waltz in and blow it all to smithereens. You think residents of Heaven would feel protected if they were told that it was possible for somebody to come in and delete them? and with Zeno into the equation later, Heaven is now useless.

    Eh I am not too keen on Dragonball lately, the ineptitude of the characters and letting Frieza stay alive despite he will never reform and will continue to be a problem for everybody else shows just how bad Goku and Vegeta are at their job in the story. Why don't they (Toei) just write in new villains? at least when they made Dragonball GT they got creative with villain designs. I cannot stand Zeno either, he is annoying. I'm more into Transformers and My Little Pony FIM. Even with Transformers Cybertron, a universe would only be potentially be wiped out as a result of a spatial distortion caused by the Unicron Singularity. Optimus Prime could not have seen that coming after defeating Unicron on their last encounter, it's a different situation than some god getting angry and then erasing universes because they could not control their temper. when it is not action and adventure based animations, I watch slapstick like Ed Edd n Eddy and Looney Tunes, and while ineptitude of the characters is a recurring theme in shows like that, that is intended and it adds to the comedy, it works here.

    In closing, I do not wish to harp on too much about this, they're just fictional characters. However I want to say, to be honest I don't know who is worse, The Presence in DC or Zeno in Dragonball, they are both shockingly bad and inept at what they do. Their incompetence both led to universes getting needlessly wiped out. I'd never worship either of them if I were in any of their fictional worlds.

    Antimonitor wiping out universes in DC does add to the drama in a meaningful way but not if it is combined with the ineptitude of people who are supposed to protect them. If Constantine did not get harassed as much it would be a different story, but what happened in the story was not cool. If you were on a dying planet that was about to lose its magnetosphere after having lost about a third of its magma from an alien invasion, and you had the ability to turn back time, what would you do? sit idly by and let it happen? no, you would do what Flash did if you could. The whole premise in fiction, any fiction, doesn't matter what it is, of blaming people for an unforeseen consequence when using magic to reverse an apocalyptic situation when it is for a virtuous reason is stupid from the outset.

    About what I said about DC Universe and Constantine, do not misunderstand me, my criticism is not against Constantine as a character, it is how he is written that irks me. He gets blamed for being set up with no recourse or compensation, Infinite Crisis is an egregious example of this, where multiple universes get erased not by a villain, but by the incompetence of gods. I don't like Spectre in DC, as he sat on the sidelines allowing Darkseid to set a chain of events that led to Constantine doing what he did, asking Flash to create a flashpoint, then has the nerve to scold Constantine for using his magic to help. Spectre and the Presence are terrible characters.
