  1. I used to live in a small city a couple of years back but now I live in a big city and thank god for that. It's actually two cities but they've grown so much into each other by now you might as well call it one city.
  2. Ordered my new books for university and picked up my college card. Definitely excited to start my next year!
  3. My spelling and grammar is fine but I still make mistakes from time to time. I usually proofread everything I type but I still make some mistakes because English isn't my first language.
  4. My hair looks horrible when I get out of bed, I have to keep it neat with wax before I can set a foot outside.
  5. I don't use it at all, even putting it on the tiniest bit of 3d gives me an instant headache and it hurts my eyes. I'm near-sighted and night blind, so maybe that has something to do with that the 3D doesn't work on me.
  6. I use my PS Vita mostly for emulators (was lucky enough to get one with older firmware) and ps2/ps1 classics. The games on the system itself don't really interest me as JRPG games aren't my thing and the other Vita games that stand out I don't really care for. Rereleasing classics on the PS Vita was a great move by Sony as Nintendo still has no idea how to do it properly (perfect games for the 3DS like super metroid or castlevania only available for the Wii U). I hope that in the future Sony becomes a little more lenient with their grip on the OS and release the source code to let the few consumers that are keeping the handheld barely alive a go at making apps and games. It's a beautiful handheld with great hardware, but it's sad to see Sony kill its potential so stupidly and quickly. The Vita could've taken over the market.
  7. I go to the gym 3 times a week doing both cardio and strength training every time, besides that going to university and walking the dog gives plenty of daily exercise.
  8. I don't eat cereal but I do eat porridge. You have to heat the milk a little before adding the porridge so I guess I pour the milk first.
  9. I moved around a lot through different countries so I kinda only had half a childhood to work with but it goes something like this. - Gamer throughout elementary and halfway through middle school - Emo phase because my laziness caught up to me and "nobody understood me blahblahblah" - Junkie, just getting high every day and too stupid for anything so rather waste more time - Recovering, living healthy, working out, finally admitted into university -Full-time student and normal person although some more free time would be nice
  10. I wear an Invicta watch on my right hand whenever I walk around with long sleeves. It's a beautiful watch and very cheap when it comes to watches. When I start working in the future I want to get a Lange & Söhne watch because I think the designs are amazing and most brownish watches go with a lot of clothes, especially L&S because of their simple but clear and clean appearance. I really like watches because they have a kind of sophistic air around them and look beautiful, kinda like fountain pens. I guess I'm just a sucker for these kind of things.
  11. You are a sad and pathetic being if you cheat or hack a game to have an advantage over other players. If you do it in a singleplayer game or in a match where everyone's fine with it/server which allows it, that's no problem. But if you cheat or hack in a normal match just to get a better score or have an unfair advantage, I'm just wondering why you're choosing to spend your time in such a retarded way. No wonder most hackers and cheaters in online games are usually little children or immature adults. I'm kind of 50/50 on hacking to end stupid business strategies because while it is a good strategy, it's also breaking the law. If you don't want a strategy to continue, don't play any games that utilize it. Because chances are you don't even like the game anyway.
  12. Here's a fun fact about space. Did you know that stars can have "earth"quakes as well? The strongest quake recorded was a neutron star that had a quake of 22 on the Richter Scale, which is about 3.2 trillion times stronger than the strongest recorded earthquake on earth! If this neutron star was within 10 light years of Earth, it would've killed almost all life on Earth.
  13. I shower and style my every day, which is impossible if my hair is pointing everywhere when I wake up. If I don't style it I just keep it neat, I feel embarrassed to walk around with messy hair.
  14. I've been playing the guitar for nearly 10 years now and I've been playing the piano even longer but I can't remember when I started. A few years back I also started singing if you can call your voice an "instrument".
  15. White bread in general is very bad for you. While it's delicious, it lacks important nutrients that other types of bread offers. @City Bread's assumption is right. It's bogus, any professional bodybuilder will tell you. What matters is how much you take every day, it's known as "macronutrients" or the optimal amount of carbs, protein and fats you should take a day to achieve your goal. The only important thing is that you eat enough an hour before your workout, refill your energy after your workout and get the rest of your macronutrients whenever you want throughout the day. Just be sure to keep the amount of calories low enough to burn fat if that's your goal. If you're working out to gain muscles there's 4 things to take care of: your macronutrients intake, your calorie-intake, doing the correct exercises and switching them up every 4 weeks. Whoever thought of the absorption ability thing doesn't understand how the sympathetic nervous system works, at all. And who thought it was a good idea to scarf down an entire chicken anyway?
  16. About ten to twenty minutes. I usually check my phone a few times before I go to sleep. Thankfully that tires me out more than it keeps me awake so I go out fairly quickly.
  17. Although most of my time is split between university, studying and spending time with my boyfriend, I still meet up with friends a few times a month and know most people at the gym by name, which is nice because I can strike up a conversation whenever I'm resting. I used to have no social life at all but that changed once I entered university thankfully.
  18. I come from Kazakhstan but I live in Holland at the moment. After I'm done studying I'm thinking about living in a warm and calm place though.
  19. My father has an unusually high tolerance for alcohol and I inhereted that from him, not to mention that I'm Russian and that basically means you're born with a vodka bottle in your hand. I can outdrink all of my friends, even after a bottle of vodka I'm pretty fine. These days I don't drink a lot of alcohol though, I've developed some allergic reaction to beer that makes me feel sick and it made me step back from alcohol altogether.
  20. Just because you don't understand any of the lyrics doesn't mean everyone else can't. Most people who listen to metal can understand them just fine. Even if the lyrics are sometimes hard to follow, lyrics aren't everything. Metal is just a style of music and growling a style of singing. When it comes down to music, or just about anything for that matter, it's best not to overthink on why you don't like something or why others like the things you specifically don't like. There's nothing to understand there and nothing to gain from understanding someone's preference for something, so it's just best to listen to the bands you like and ignore what you don't want to listen to.
  21. I almost never have. I've taken a grand total of 3 selfies in my entire life and those were just to change my profile picture on Facebook. The only other times I'm seen in pictures is when others take them and tag me in them. I posted a picture of myself on the Post a picture of yourself thread a few months ago though.
  22. I do. Been together with him for 2 years and 3 months now, never knew I could like someone that much.
  23. -26 degrees Celsius, that's -14.8 in fahrenheit. I'm visiting family in Omsk, it gets pretty cold here but at least they have the worst behind their back which is usually around -35 fahrenheit on the coldest days.
  24. Growling and grunting is just a specific style of singing, it conveys certain emotions just like any style of singing. Since everyone's got their own taste it's usually a hit or miss for people. I really like metal and a big part of thing is growls which means for me not only does it sound like music, it also feels like music.
  25. In the end every relationship is established through having benefits for both sides but that doesn't mean that friendships aren't enjoyable and just purely beneficial, and it doesn't mean that a friendship ends immediatly once the benefits stop. Friendship does exist. I've met enough people to know it does. I don't call anyone I just randomly met a friend after five seconds though, so my friendships don't tend to be shallow and quickly forgotten or replaced.
