I listened to some Pig Destroyer beyond Prowler in the Yard. Didn't really have the same impact, but great, none-the-less. I liked Terrifyer more, but something about posting bewbies here seems wrong.

Reposting because it's hilarious and actually sounds pretty good to me. The mix isn't fantastic, vocals are a bit loud, but they kinda have to be to be heard over the guitar.

I've been in high school. And god damn it, it's a mixed bag. The first senior prank was today, and it was so depraved that it sent my faith in my own generation down to a level where it is now drilling a hole in the ground.

Yeah it is... even though I personally like the softer side of metal though. Like Sonata Arctica and Edguy. I just think they have a beautiful sound to them.

I've been away from the forums for a bit, so I was absent in bumping this thread to death.

So anyway, friday was an interesting day for metal, to me. I picked up the CD's for Deftones - Deftones, The Discovery - Born of Osiris, and Epicloud - Devin Townsend. I've been listening to Epicloud, and it really is a sold Devin release. I don't like it as much as Deconstruction or Addicted, but I still appreciated it. Especially that bass drum on Grace.

So I had a pretty interesting metal listening day, today.

Gave "Eclipse - Veil of Maya" a listen through, then "Rareform - After the Burial", and finished it off with an unexpected listen of "Around the Fur - Deftones".

The only thing I have to say is that VoM doesn't have to use SO MUCH FUCKING BLAST BEATS.
