Doesn't matter the type of cereal, if they put cinnamon in it I will go nuts over it. I'm especially fond of Kashi Cinnamon Harvest. It has 47g of whole grains and 5g of fiber, and I have no idea why I just turned into an advertisement. Oddly enough, I almost never eat cereal in the morning. But unfortunately for me, in Malaysia, I can only get Lucky Charms in Kuala Lumpur (I am in Kuching - 1 hour 45 minutes flight from KL) And the price is very expensive, too.
