I was okay with the first time you missed my post for Astral and Misty, I knew waiting would be a fine option. But now... You've missed it twice.

 

I don't mind that you missed it, and don't mind waiting until you get to replying to it. Just saying you might have missed it.

Actually, I do need the bios, which there is. However, you didn't wait for approval or for us to go over how you would want to fit in, so until we have gone over the basics, your post will be ignored. Sorry for this, but it's protocol, and helps to keep a bit of order in things.

 

The bios isn't something that shows issues, though I would wish that there were a bit of actual information there, as the things written seems like a rather vague approach. Still, I look more for issues of Superman syndrome than a lack of things, so really, it passes. You can now consider yourself accepted.

However, I would ask that as time goes by, that you perhaps try to use paragraphs in your writing. helps the readability a lot.

 

Now then, for placement. It seems you intent to simply show in town one day, yes? Is this in the complete, unharmed town, or do you aim towards the main story, where a good chunk is damaged and undergoing repairs?

Oops. I'm an idiot, I'm so, so so sorry. I'll work on the bio and everything, sorry sorry. It won't happen again.

 

He arrives in the chunk that isn't damaged. He'll find out about the damaged piece soon enough. Should I make the bio here or?..

I type it all out here, than save a copy in a note document, just to be on the safe side. Well, most of the times anyway. Sometimes, I'm too tired and forgets it, but basically this. It helps to write on the site as I know where the buttons are for adding the right colors and such here.

Just to clarify, as I see you may have misinterpreted the situation, Penny is giving out free samples of her chocolates from assortments in her saddlebags. She doesn't have a stand or baskets. Instead, she's levitating a box of chocolate and a sign that says, "Free Samples."

The effects should be the same for any non-transformative chocolates. If he ate one of the color change chocolates, it might force him back to changeling form before changing his color, although that's just a theory and if you have a better idea, it's really up to you (although, it can't cause any direct harm because Penny is careful to make her chocolates safe for everyone).

   So, uh, I-introductory to roleplay, eh? That's good as I've been wanting to introductory a playing of role! :crackle:

 

   I've sworn to do my first roleplay as Ambie, since he is my ponysona after all. Would make a first go easy if I'm basically just roleplaying as a slightly exaggerated version of myself! This'll be my first go of it sos I don't really know how or what to start off with. Probably doesn't help much as I don't really know where Ambie is as of now other then anywhere else than Canterlot. Though I do have this bit of a notion of him bumming a spare room off of Sweet Apple Acres in exchange for reluctantly doing odd jobs for his rent. Trouble is that as shy as he is he kind of has to be dragged into any adventure, especially if there's any readily apparent danger. Considering how you guys seem to have blown Ponyville up...

      Oh, who am I kidding, its Ponyville! Rebuilding from monster attacks is par for the course there!

 

   Ambie might be a bit barebones as I've spent more time on the other two of my Big Three. But they're a fair bit more complicated.

   For one, I'm more libel to focus more on coordinating the massive hulk that it is, but I've at least made an attempt at it.

         *Cough, shamelessself-promotion, UnCough*

   And, well, the whole point to a draconequusona & the Spirit of Confusion is to disregard convention & propel oneself purely though whimsy. Which might be a bit...well, Confusing.

 

   But I digress, my point is that I wish to toss Ambie into your faces!

Just do the standard thing of posting once, then wait for a response, then post once to that, etc. Posting two or three times to the same before they have a chance to respond back is silly. Almost as silly as Alonsus, whom I didn't plan on, but as I used the creator, it just popped at me. Enjoy your toned down Gaston.

     Well, ah... don't want to just jump in midstream if you've already got a story going...wait, I probobobbly oughtta read the actual RP thread ya got going, right? First time, so I don't rightfully know how to go about things.

  I'll get back to y'all when I do read that? Providing there aren't too many concurrent, intermingling story arcs that I get lost in.

If Ambie does end up working for the Apple family, Big Mac has recently been given the task of finishing a lumber sale for one of my characters, as something else came up. The lumber is at the edge of the Everfree Forest, and it may make sense for Big Mac to delegate that responsibility to Ambie. I figure I might as well offer up this information in case you needed an idea to start with.

   Good, good. Yeah, I can work with this. Mind you, haven't fully fleshed out the details where he'd be on that farm since they seem to have a lack of spare buildings, but I digress.  I feel I may need to ask a few more questions though.

 

   So to whom may I be delivering the payload of lumber then? And, simultaneously/alternatively who is the poster I'll be bouncing my ideas off of?

 

   Lumber would be a rather heavy load I suppose, I'm guessing pretty much long, unfinished planks. We've seen the standard method for carrying loads to be pretty much a harness-wagon get-up, but for a heavier load like this, how about the planks set up on top of a pallet of sorts then on top the wagon?

 

    Hmm, well, Ambie isn't exactly the same workhorse frame as Big Macintosh. Would there, perchance, be any refreshments when he gets there?

 

Oh, and... if & when you do cue me in (and do let me know here!) ...he may be a bit late. Heavy load, you know?

The lumber is actually several uncut logs resting on the ground outside the Everfree Forest. I actually haven't created a character for the buyer yet, but I will by the time I need to add him/her into a post. If it's alright with @Blitz Boom, I can control Big Mac to make things easier. I could probably start with a typical everyday farm life style post, then maybe you can come in at some point.

   So, starting out at the farm then, eh? I can see that as pretty much just Mac finding me & ordering me out. Not too much to go on, but we can likely get a few paragraphs outta it. I can only imagine how hard it is to roleplay a character who's primary character trait is that he doesn't get lines!

   Hmm, Ambie is a city pony at heart & I know a farmhorse like Mac is likely to get up at a freakishly early hour. I can see him having to pound the door a few times before he can get Ambie to get up for the door. Though that would kind of mean finding out a place where Ambie would be staying... anyone know what that little carrot house is that's set a bit aways from the main farm? Or is that just a silo? I think I got you, Seamore!

  Just waiting for Blitz to get better, eh?

 

   Oh, and do I have to do that mention thing every time I post both in here & when we get to the original rp thread?

   Oh! And, uh, in that RP thread, I have to keep tabs & tell you when I'm not going to be on or is it the usual take-turns-when-you-feel-like-it way that most threads go?

Zhu did both. He paid, and dropped the berries as were requested. Covered the dropping of berries in the post prior to that, so figured wording it like this would be sufficient. Guess I could have been clearer.

Depends, are you willing to take the consequences of that? Because if your char attempts, there will be retaliation. Potentially, Nerzhei could decide to keep you in a cage for the remaining time she'd need for her experiments, to try and fix things without Blood making more problems. Could be a long time, little birdie, but in the end, I just give the consequences, you chose your action. .p
