@@Blitz Boom, "we are both trying to get out of here right, what pony would I be if I just left you there. It didn't feel right, and besides I bet you got friends and family waiting to see you right?" the batpony responded

"and it will eat at me enough to try to come back. As I have friends waiting on me too something about saying, 'ya I followed a buddy out then ditched him once things got ruff' something tells me they wont take that well" he finished rather calmly like it was another day in the park, or forrest as they were in now.

@@Blitz Boom "Thank you!" Cyan Flare said as she hopped off of the seat of Happy's wagon and headed to the door. She made her way slowly inside, carefully, and headed to the reception desk. "Hello," she said nervously. She found I hard to talk to new ponies, except her customers - if they wanted robust her goods, they obviously wouldn't mind talking to her. This was quite different for Cyan Flare. "I'm not feeling too well, and it's been getting much worse," she explained.

"My brother wouldn't mind having his name go back to just being Sen; my name was attached to it because he wants to remember. I've sifted through some memories of his and if he had his way and we are back to being two separate beings, I think he'd be happy to go back to being just Sen. It's funny how he attaches my name with his and now I am attached to his... body, in a fashion. Believe me, this would be more awkward if it were in public."

Humor aside, there was an element to the discussion Omen would have with Sen once the two were separate but it would be difficult to consider what would happen if something went wrong. Lin shuddered at the thought that it might happen, considering something will always go wrong when someone attempts to use magic with little to know knowledge. And right then, she knew she was in more than just hot water. Possibly any number of alternative plans may not be of use.

Without breaking her positive and slightly cheery tone in voice, Lin proceeded with a reply.

"The thing is, I am currently stuck in Sen's body. I could relinquish a bit of control and let him take the reins for a bit. Or, I could try making this trinket of mine more useful than just an object of sentiment. Omen, I'll need you to hold out your hoof and hold this thing for me."

Lonk suddenly doesn't want to be here anymore.

There is something dangerous here that nopony can see yet they are fighting. What's even worse is that this thing has supernatural powers or something so it's better than everypony else.

Lonk can't fight this. He has never fought anypony with weapons. He hasn't even taken martial arts. He can't fight.

Yet, when he looks down at Clara, it seems like she's preparing to charge right in.

Right now, on Clara's back, Lonk is at her mercy.

Celestia help us. Celestia help me.

Clara starts walking slowly towards the action, growling at the invisible beast.

@@Rapid Wind,

"I knew a guy from Fillydelphia once. Kept telling stories of his home where the buildings towered high and the dragons and ponies lived equally."

Stargazer walked along lost in thoughts for a moment of the stallion that had been cautiously observing him for the better part of a year before making contact back when he started training with the Night Guards. He had been afraid of the newcomer at the point since the story that Stargazer had been trading prison shackles for a guard uniform had spread around rather fast, but in time the stallion had figured that the bat pony wasn't just doing this for a quick escape from the cell and actually tried to live up to expectations here, and they had started to hang out. He had been his first real friend there, and it would be a lie if he said he didn't miss the guy now and again.

"Always wondered if that last part were true, but never had the time to see for myself. Too much to do after my parole was over to use any spare time on something else than the family, and I haven't spoken with Eagle Eye in a few years as it is. Heard he had become part of the Filly PD though, so he's likely as busy himself."

The bat pony let out a small, sad sigh before he went silent for a bit more while a few more memories made it's way through his head before he snapped out of it, so to speak, and turned to look at Rapid.

"Sorry. Standing guard for too long have made me prone to talking to myself, didn't mean to blabber on for that long. Though if you don't mind me asking, how is the tensions between the dragons and ponies in Fillydelphia these days? Not always our races get along."

"Ooooh, that looked So cool!"

The soaked mare were clapping her hooves together in excitement at seeing Serenade float around like that, waiting until she had started to walk over to her to take her hooves off her ears.

Though she had seen Serenade transform into a siren once or twice - her back had been turned before when Serenade went for the lake - this were the first time she had seen her go back to pony form, and it were fun to see the shrinking. And especially after seeing her flot up from the water like that. Why, she had tried the siren being floating around and make light before, but not like this, and even if it was a small distinction it were still cool for her to see.

And bonus: She hadn't been zombified this time around! What had stopped her from seeing things most of the other times.

"Did your swim go well then?"

behind Serenade and out of view of Ziggy right now, Fah'lina stood still in the same spot she had since she were shown to hold her paws to her ears, eyes closed and looking like she had been pushing harder on her ears to keep the sound out before, and then just suddenly gotten frozen.

Still, she wasn't biting anypony, so the argument was out on whatever or not this were a market improvement or not.

"Your time cannot be seen, so whatever you call it changes nothing. The only thing that ever changed where the reason why I sought you, when I forgave and moved towards this last of many goals. One I see you now influenced on a level further than even I.."

Zhu didn't carry animosity to this being anymore, but when he had the want to find him had burned like a furnace in his chest, fuelled by the questions of the misery that had befallen him. Questions he now, more than ever, were certain could be answered by the one who were likely part of putting him into that.

But you could not carry resentment forever. He had to let go, and now that he knew more and would likely see even more if he asked and were answered, he honestly felt nothing about it anymore. He had been part in making this day come true, and a long term project just like the mare of demons and countless others had been for him, and that were what he would focus on rather than him being a puppet as well rather than the puppeteer. It mattered little after all, as the end result would be the same.

"You are wrong though of the trinkets. Often I found nothing, or had to use those I found elsewhere. The few things I have gotten ready for this day I have mostly had to make myself, such as the bauble this pony clutches in his hooves. But the future is impossible to predict fully in any case, even if guided by a knowing paw. Too many choices to influence even the smallest things on the great web of what is yet to come.

But the talk of what could or cannot be could likely find no end, and there is a balance to adjust once more now. You have taken it this far, Creator, so consider this moment under your command, and the last threads yours to pull. It works better if there is only one puppeteer at the final moment."

Likely their plans were already synchronised to some degree, but the mentioning of poison were one of his back up plans rather than a main one, so the main path diverted already there for them. It were one of the reasons why it were simpler to just let him lead and follow his plan, as he cared not what it took as long as the balance were restored and this being taken care of. This were the final stretch of a road that had lasted longer than he cared to remember, and he were not letting pride being the stone that tripped him at the end of it.

It would be curious what the Creator were going to do with his poison if it were to mix with Sisilia's though. His own toxin sprang from his fangs and the scaled on his tail, and were based on melting the mind, so perhaps hers were more on a physical level than his, that, depending on the dosage, could lead to delusions, waking nightmares, and different other degrees of messing around with the mind of the recipient. Perhaps hers were the same, but it were hard to tell as they were not all the same, neither in body nor poison.

Meanwhile, on the spiritual level, Last had to avoid a limb that came her way too fast to be able to strike at it, though now were definitely the time for doing so. She had been stopped briefly before when black smoke had started to billowing out of the mouth of Nemo and had formed into a more demonic looking and larger Vivid Loss that had barely taken a breath before she had fallen to the side, unconscious from pure exhaustion.

She would have liked to check up on the weird thing, but then the human - still weird to think of that one being real - attacked Nemo and then hell were loose on the field with limbs being smacked around, a blast from somepony that seemed to be with the regular folks yet still somehow able to hit this thing, and Sylar being smacked around like a housefly. The last were kinda satisfying in a sense, as she were still not too on about the spiderling, but there were no time to fight or gloat over things between tyhe party. It was all of them against Nemo, and they had to use all the time getting him down if this were going to work.

With that in mind, and sword securely in her muzzle, she charged at the old thing whilst jumping from side to side, getting herself into a position that when - cause she had no doubt he'd try and swat her too - he'd go for her, she could use the momentum and a good strike to cut into him and seeing what this family heirloom was going to be worth against him.

The strike she haves in mind would be best described as including her putting more force into her legs, jump some, then spin and slam down with the blade upon whatever were coming from her. Though being in the air for a bit were going to make her vulnerable to not being able to avoid things for a few seconds.

At the same time, Meeko were still more or less glued to Ginger's shadow and raced around to be able to be near her, finding her the only point of somewhat comfort in this strange place right now. Especially with all the chaotic things going on around them.

Whilst Ashta were thinking on how ridiculous this was all getting with *happy thoughts* through this like they were all in the same boat, all equal and all going to make it out fine as long as they didn't do like they were supposed to, he were not going to feed that. He had said his opinion on things once, and any repeat would include the detailed ways he would peel the plant apart layer for layer like he were an onion. Something he'd keep to himself for the time being. If he could help himself in the long run that were.

"We have many treasures worth protecting, and it were set to protect what all others than he who knows everything were. The *real* treasure that would include diamonds and golden baubles, trinkets and the supposed prison of this thing that were to lure in any looter. A small, floating sphere of purest water, resting over a bed of dark diamonds and a frame of inscribed ivory, carrying spells and riches that will draw in the weak and greedy like moths to a flame and take the life they would risk from breaking to begin with."

His eyes darkened and a cruel smile spread on the face that started to look like it'd fit a serial killer more. Which really, a good deal of the ones on the hit squad were in a sense, so not like it wasn't fitting.

"Sometimes, I would chase intruders towards the treasure chamber in the labyrinth and just watch their greed unmake them. Nothing quite like the screams of someone who grabs the Reaper's Tear and finds the trapped harvester feasting on their life."

It shouldn't really be much of a surprise to the other Ananansi that Ashta were like this. Even amongst them he could sometimes be considered a sadist that took it too long just because he enjoyed it, though the general knowledge of the Reaper's Tear wasn't really known. Which really were the purpose, as if just about anyone knew of this ancient relic that held a darkened spirit it would become less effective in its purpose as a fail safe.

"Now, as for Why he let it out, I don't know. Perhaps he wants to destroy it, or perhaps he feels the urge to restart the world. Either might be the case, or none of them."

He ignored the talk of the doctor, since he frankly wasn't interested in the literally blasted changeling in any way. He wasn't marked, and if he were passed out he wasn't even a nuisance, so why spend his time on him?

Briar on the other hoof wanted to do so something, even if he were not sure who this doctor they spoke of might be, but he were busy with helping along this sentient tree with Seamore and had unfortunately no time to spare. Why, he barely had the mobility right now to have bowed his neck towards Priestess and told her thank you for the kind words and once again for the actions she had taken to on some level he did not fully grasp right now keep them safe, yet he had managed to do it at least somewhat without pausing in this careful work. Though, much more than that were unfortunately not possible right now.

Brittle took a careful step towards Miles' unconscious body though. It were barely watchable, but she just wanted to get into a position where she could see him better whilst still being over at Briar. All the strange creatures here frightened her and she'd rather just close her eyes and pray that it were all soon going to be over, but the doctor were one of the changeling things a few ponies had said she were too yesterday, so she were still curious.

It were about then that she noticed that there were others of that kind there, and they didn't look... All that friendly from her perspective, and she took a step back, looking nervously between the shifters awake and not amongst them

"I were made to live far too long to have any family or friends left."

A slightly bitter tone were heard in Zinthar's speech as he let the small titbit go about himself. There had been a time when he had family and a few friends in the world that he cared for, but time had long since taken them all away from him and left him behind. All but one that were, yet that one being taken from him by others without him being told what happened had also been the beginning of his downward spiral that had eventually ended him stuck here, in the seedy underbelly of the dream world.

A classic example that sometimes, thing just escalated out of control if you were driven long enough and had nothing to loose on it.

Regardless, things could potentially turn around now. He were closer to getting out than ever before, and had met what seemed like a genuinely moral pony in the process. Something that once would make him laugh and set to prove that nopony were truly above thinking of only themselves, but now actually made him think that maybe, just maybe, this one actually had some morals he wouldn't turn his back to.

Perhaps he were just deluding himself because the pony had not just left him behind, but it did show a good deal of things in his mind, as small as it might seem. Things that he'd have to verify from keep an eye or three on Crescent when he had the chance after this were over. Just to see if it kept true.

"And you? You speak of friends, but what of family? Can't imagine they wouldn't be waiting for you."

The response she got really didn't answer what she were going to tell Sen, which were not helping the confused state of mind she were currently in about what she were going to do with all of this.

All she really had to work with were the notion that Lin were going to do something with the trinket she were holding. The one she now apparently asked Omen to hold. For a usual pony this were the part where they'd turn around and run away instead of messing with things held by a creature that fiddled with troubling magic, but for Omen and the curious mind that were inherent to her kin, it wasn't something that made her do anything but reach a hoof forward so that Lin could put it down there.

Considering it sounded like it were going to help with things too, the want to hold the thing just became stronger, and considering that she were essentially given form by mixing in chaos magic with whatever goo made up her fluent form before, what were a little strange magic really going to do to her? If she were going to go unstable she would have become so years ago, back when her master ruled the lands and normality were a fairy tale.

"Lonk always wondered what hell looked like.

Is it a red wasteland with fire and lava, demons roaming the landscape, killing each other?

Is it a regal castle of Satan, blood on all the walls and demons serving as guards?

Does it even exist?

As Lonk looked at the scene, he determined that this is what hell looks like.

Everypony fighting everypony else.

Nopony is important. Nopony matters. All that matters is the fight, and the fight is eternal.

Lonk needs to stop this. This needs to end now.

As he got off of Clara's back, he noticed a new dark blob, this one bigger and meaner. It's the "invisible" creature they'd been fighting all this time.

He slowly walks toward the creature.

Nopony notices except Clara and Ginger.

I'm doing something important, don't interfere, Lonk tries to message both with his brain.

Clara gets the message and backs off. Whether Ginger gets it...

Wait, Lonk realizes. Why am I doing that? Am I supernatural or something? I know Jaraco can hear it, but can anyone hear it if I direct it to them? Huh.

Something inside him tells him not to worry about that. Not aloud, but in his thoughts.

It's dark. Haunting. Purple.

It seems like he can trust it. Weird. He doesn't want to. But he should.

As he trots toward the blob, something extends in his hoof. It sticks into the ground and almost trips him. As if apologizing for its inconvenience, it draws back. He looks at the ground.

It is tinted a little bit purple.

Lonk is scared. He shouldn't be. This is normal.

Well, if this is normal, when did it become normal? Lonk asked himself?

He starts toward the creature again. It hasn't noticed him, even when seemingly looking straight at him.

He suddenly jumps toward the creature, hoof outstretched.

Three claws extend from his hoof, its tip dotted in purple liquid, and it sticks into the blob.

Lonk puts his other hoof on the creature's back. He feels more claws submerge into the creature.

Now he's hanging on for his dear life and he has no idea how. Who is he?"

She won't leave him for the time being but it is difficult to imagine what the feeling is like to lose sight of someone close and yet the two are much closer than they think. For now, she didn't let this thought distract her as she placed the last of the magics needed to finish the enchanting process. Once it has finished, the blue glow faded and Lin came back into a fully conscious state.

He trusts you very much and I am confident you can tell him my story." With a confident smile, one that places the same trust Sen had on Omen, Lin let go of the trinket held in Omen's hoof. She holds the same trust her brother has for his friend, and that trust left her looking forward despite her predicament.

"The trinket and its enchantment will come to your aid when you need it. Whatever you will find difficult, call upon it with your thoughts and it shall respond. I shall await what becomes of this." The relief Brittle felt when the eyes of the larger mare moved away from her were noticeable even without being an emotion-hunter like a changeling.

She wasn't sure why, but there were just something about Allure's look that made her feel like she had met somepony far over over her capacity to handle. And she didn't even know why she felt like she had to handle anything to begin with. She didn't like fighting and were terrified of even the thought, yet something deep inside her had, for a moment, felt like this were a fight of turf, and she were the cat being starred down by the lion.

Not having grown up in a hive, Brittle had no idea about the instinctual feelings when drones of opposing hives met sometimes, and her terror of all that were happening since the spiders and such had shown up had overwritten the weak tingle of it around the gathered drones.

Yet, locking eyes with a queen were something else entirely, and even an incomplete speciment like her could feel the primal side there. A side she frankly didn't like, and were happy left her when Allure moved her sight away.

Briar were not aware of that, and instead focused on the fallen changeling after he were done assisting with the tree, who were hopefully going to grow well now.

Not feeling like moving were an option right now, he instead slid a vine slowly towards the doctor and felt his chest to make sure he were still breathing before wrapping around him and preparibg to lift him a little away from the main cluster of trees, just to be on the safe side.

As for Ashta and Ko, they were waiting for these games to end so they could get a move on, though each having their own thoughts tracking along it. Ko for example, kept mental notes of what Ashta had said before so he could look into what this *Reaper's tear* thing were. Like he'd need some outside sources for it, but considering the sadist that Ashta were, learning what treasure he used as a cruel toy could one day prove important.

The receptionist looked between the two ponies with the polar opposite responses to her assumption with a raised eyebrow, but decided not to say anything. The situation were strange enough as it were without her trying to smoothen out the awkward.

"Very well. If you and your companion would follow me then, we'll have you checked up on."

Before they went anywhere though, Happy - who were still slightly snickering - looked at Cya and coursed a hoof through his wild mane.

"Ah I really needed that. Sorry for laughing and all, but it's just that I'm about as good at picking up mares as I am threading gold out of squirrels, so when she said coltfriend it just hit a ticklish spot of sorts."

This were one of his traits that stayed pretty much the same as it had back home, which were to say poorly at best, and restraining orderly bad at worst.

Though he were better at smooth talking to others now as a changeling, trying to go beyond friendly and attempt to hit on ladies tended not to work out as he at some point shoved his hoof really far down his throat and blew it. Once he even had to run out of a town because it escalated in a really poor way and he had a few dozen out looking for him.

So yeah, no special ones in his life, pony or otherwise. Though he did swear he once in a while saw his queen checking him out a little extra. Not that he'd mind, just seemed funny to him that the only one who weren't repulsed by him were technically a ruthless psycopath.

He really knew how to pick 'em, eh?

@@EQ_Theta,

"I will let him know."

Much more than that she wouldn't have the time to say before it were all over, and Lin had vanished, leaving Omen with the enchanted trinket and Sen, now free and unfortunately, unconscious.

It was a strange situation she had gotten into now that she had the quiet to ponder it. To have found Senlin's sister, only to learn that she were more with him than he likely thought, and were toying with old magic.

Then to be told of what happened back then, handed the trinket/message and then bring along words of it all to Sen...

Things really had taken the turn to the strange, huh?

But she would have the time to ponder that later. For now, she had to get Sen away from here, where his unconscious self were vulnerable, and into another where he was safe until he woke up.

She stood for a bit and pondered it before nodding to herself and make a large gate beneath Sen.

"Yes, you will be safe there, friend."

With that said she, and Sen, began to sink through like quicksand, and it wouldn't be long before they were through and the gate closed.

As to where they'd be when Sen woke up? Well, the only place where Omen felt it would always be safe of course. Not in some dank castle like where she had taken the last, but back home.

Her home.

@@Blitz Boom "It's fine," Cyan Flare told Happy. "It is untrue..." She then turned back to the receptionist and followed her like she had said to do. She felt her stomach churning and was glad to be here. Better than sticking around trying to run her stall in this condition. @@Wolves,

*That was untrue.*

Strange choice of words, and to what were she referring to? Him taking a stab at himself for being about as suave as a bucket of water? Her saying on the fly that no, it wasn't really okay that he went laughing? Something to the nurse? Or... No, just... No, he wasn't going down this road again.

Happy shook his head when the others turned their back on him and followed them after that, taking in the sights around him as things went on and trying to get the line of thoughts out of his head that had started to go on just before.

Growing into a changeling had a good deal of plus sides, such as magic, physical prowess, wings and the strength of the hivemind just to mention a few. However, that medal had its backside too, such as in his case, the increased paranoia he sometimes felt over things and over-thinking. Both because he were a scout for his queen and were per instinct checking out things even when he wasn't technically looking for towns to invade, and because the paranoia about changelings in some countries - Equestria especially - made him worry he were about to be exposed when he heard or saw something out of the usual.

Yeah he knew, most changelings were afraid of being exposed, but he had a double dare sort of issue, since if he were spotted and admitted, going into his pure changeling disguise was a back-up plan and usually he could explain his way around that if it were the right places. If  not, getting chased off wasn't so bad after the first few times.

However, if they somehow still felt there were the magic covering something and made/forced him to remove it... Frankly, he were a unique case and if anyone had any knowledge about hives they would know where he were from, which were going to set him on the train to Lynchville for a water boarding. And that were if he were caught by ponies, if another hive got him... He were not gonna make it out unless it were somepony Really crazy and/or powerful were the trapper. Sometimes you could strike deals with those kinds that made it seem worth it to them.

Whilst the line of thoughts rummaged through Happy's head, the lot of them had in the meantime wandered through the hospital and gotten to a room wherein a pony with a monocle, brown coat, short, black tail and mane, were stacking up things on the shelves.

"Doctor Crown will see to you from here on out. Good luck miss."

With a small smile the mare went away, back to the front desk so she could make sure that new ones got to the departments they had to, and the doctor turned around to look at Cyan, who were clearly the ill one of the two, and waved her inside.

"Good to see they have enough doctors so you don't need to share, shows a good hospital really. Still, think I should stick around for a bit and make sure there's a friendly face around? It ain't a bother really, since I already got a batch fermenting for tomorrow so my job's mostly just waiting around anyway. Might as well use the free time better than skipping stones on a lake, eh?"

Happy sent Cyan another friendly grin, awaiting what she'd say. He had things to do even if she were sure she could handle this on her own. Still a little to learn here whilst *waiting for his friend* after all.

@@Moonlit,

Whilst Serenade gets on with her work, so does Ziggy.

At first it is simply to stack a few things on the head of the mimic, but after a bit that started to get boring, so instead she removed the small stack and began fashioning her a little hat out of some leaves and a stick, but when that were done, what else were there to do? Well, for her, that question were asked with finally stop goofing around and doing some actual observations of Fah'lina and the effects this had as she were starting to get worried about the little thing.

Vitals seemed fine, breathing were steady, yet after about an hour she still wasn't moving around, at which point Ziggy were starting to get nervous about her. Sure, she had gotten a chance to really check on her physique and understanding more about the working of the fascinating little thing, and she had gotten the time to make her a cute little cloak to go with the hat, but still, shouldn't she be moving by now?

She heard Serenade say it might be a while, so to try and relax herself she took a bit of a fly around, and eventually got her worry-meter down a bit, though she might have gotten in the way of the telescope a few times. Hopefully it wouldn't be too long or too often.

@@cwhip9,

Manity Well? Whatever had happened in that place that made his family have to go hiding? Sure he hadn't said explicitly that whatever had gone on had been there, but it sounded like it might, and even if it weren't, then something had still happened that must have been pretty serious.

He were pondering whatever or not to ask something to it, or if this was one of those touchy subjects that should be taken over time, when they were suddenly no longer alone, and the attention instead drew to the three figures approaching them. Two looked like guards in their own way, with rocking the *Big, silent and strong* look that tended to intimidate many. But the last one between them were strange. Hard to explain to Zinthar what he looked like, but frankly... A floating, winged slug of some kind were the first thing that came to mind from him.

The thing approached them somewhat fast though and as he got nearer... No, he still looked like that. Some of these Everspirits were just nutters it seemed. Big surprise considering the last ones for sure.

"T-Thank the dreams, they found you. I'm So, so, so, so, so sorry for dropping you off and you falling down... I-I can't imagine how it must've been."

Crescent would recognise the slug likely. After all, he had been the one that were supposed to escort him but had lost him on the way earlier.

@@Moonlit,

Ziggy landed nearby as she saw that Fah'lina had gotten herself another spectator, then nodded along to things as she said how this might be a trick by the little thing, or perhaps worse than first thought.

"Might also have to do with her build in general. Been studying her while she stood like this, and it seems so far that she have evolved to not miss sounds around her, be it under or over water. With enough focused on that, sound can be an issue, even if she haves this funny, protective membrane in her ears. You'd think that might protect her from stuff, but perhaps that's only under water? Never seen something like this before either, so I really have no idea."

She lowered down, sticking her face really close to the mimic and expected her to just jump up, scare the heebie-jeebies out of her, and then laugh on her furry little back. Yet, so far... Nothing.

Or well, Nothing was saying so much. There were one thing that happened that still made Ziggy raise an eyebrow, but this made her lean in closer and push her ear to the right of the mimic's throat.

"Huh, that's strange... Sounds like she's humming from her gills. Didn't hear that before."

@@Wolves,

"You don't need to worry about me. As I said, I got the main shipment for tomorrow's sale already prepping in the wagon. No rush to get the rest done all that soon."

Whilst that were true, he Did like having more stuff on the ready to be sold in case he ran out of things or needed some more variation, but right now he had to play the part and see what he could learn, plus foster this trustworthy persona he were wearing for future use. Some might say curiosity about this mare were starting to stir and that were a factor too, but you wouldn't be able to make him admit it, even if it were really that were really the case and not just him over-thinking the sentence she had tossed out before..

As for the doctor... Well, seeing a doctor in action would be a fulfilment of his training really. Might be that this particular one would be a good one to impersonate after all, so learning the basics of how things went with him could potentially turn out really valuable in the long run.

From the doctors view, he didn't see anything going on beyond him having a patient that now wandered in with a friend in tow. As opposed to the front desk mare, he didn't make assumptions about whatever they were more than friends, but just held his hoof up in a greeting and pointed towards a place were Cyan could take a seat so they could start the examination.

"Welcome. I'm Doctor Crown, and I'll be taking care of you today. From the looks of things, I'm guessing a flu, or flu-like disease. Can you tell me how bad the symptoms are thus far, and how long they have gone on?"

@@Blitz Boom

The images within Sen's mind swirled, of light and dark particles that danced and dashed past his eyes as he began to regain his consciousness. He didn't know where he was, likely in what his elders called "The Beyond" but he felt the world that he was still in. He was perceptive and tried to regain his footing, feeling the ground, a familiar touch despite not knowing much of everything else. The particles began to fade and gave way to an unfamiliar sight. He came to in time, woozy with a splitting headache.

"Uh... Where- what happened?" Sen groggily asked, holding a claw to his head and scratching the webbing along the back of his neck. "I remember being in the forest and then I blacked out. How did I get here?"

Lonk felt a big bump near his bum. He opened his eyes.

He sees the other ponies fighting the thing, but wait... Where's the thing? Lonk thought he could kind-of see it. But nope, he can't anymore.

He looks at his hoof. It's just a flat stump. There's a little bit of purple spots though... But when he looks again, they're gone. He smells something funny. He looks at his other hoof to find that is is bleeding for no apparent reason. The same silvery, smelly blood he's been subjected too all this time.

He looks at Clara. She's just looking at him with extreme bewilderment.

He looks at the ground. Nothing has changed except for his blood staining the grass. In fact, there's a lot...

Sweet Celestia. Lonk looks at his hoof one more time and sees that it's not just a prick, but a big cut. Something did this to him and he had no idea what.

"What..." Lonk said to himself.

He suddenly got plopped back onto Clara's back again. "Stop that, you're scaring me!" he jokingly yelled at Clara. The battlefield became farther and farther away as Clara took him to only Celestia knows where. Lonk thinks Clara knows what she's doing, so he doesn't complain.

Off to uncharted lands. Again.

And in all honesty, Rapid Wind hadn't really chosen a craft, he just wanted to see what jobs were available.

He had spent too long away from ponies and his friends, but Twilight Sparkle and the others hadn't summoned him or come to visit for what felt like ages. He decided he would visit Twilight Sparkle himself rather than lounge and wait for an invitation and snapped the talons on his griffon hand and appeared inside Twilight's castle.
