It is indeed. She's wearing it in two of the videos. (I don't think she appeared in the Rarity video, though that has some nice LyraBon.)

 

I like the dress, but I don't think it goes well with her jacket.

Yeah, I'm wondering about her transformation too, it doesn't look like Rainbow Power, or anything the magic of friendship related. She looks closely like a super saiyan.... WITH FIRERY WINGS

I just saw the new video and OMC it's perfect~ :wub: I'm so happy Sunny got a whole solo to herself, the song is awesome and a great message (I think there are strong parallels with Luna/Nightmare Moon, especially in the scene where she's seeing her demon!self in the window) and the new outfit is super cute! I really like the soft green, it matches her eyes really nicely I don't know if I'd want it to be permanent - I am fond of Sunny's original outfit - but as a one-off, it looks really pretty

 

...did the video kinda give anypony else High Schoo Musical/Bet On It vibes, though? Just with the whole running around looking determined and singing by yourself kinda thing idk, that just popped into my head for some reason, but yeah, loving the song and Sunny's new look

i was just talking about the picture posted. Usually new outfits only come around for the big finish with their rainbow power. You could see rainbow back there lookin like she was powered up.
