That's what it appears to be regarding season seven. I see this as DHX being stressed too thin because of having to work on the show, Equestria Girls, and on the upcoming movie--this latter one might be with additional groups--and while they have been used to such conditions before, I'd say this is the worst it has been for them.

Well, season 7 has started off on the right foot, IMO.

Hopefully, that momentum will continue & both season 7 & the upcoming MLP Movie will be better than we ever could've anticipated.

I originally thought the first three episodes of season 7 were going to be awful but, I ended up pleasantly surprised.

 That's why I'm feeling so confident about  

FiM season 7, the EQG specials & the MLP Movie. (The last of which, I *really* hope Sunset Shimmer makes a cameo  appearance in.)
