1) How does your OC feel about Discord? Did you personally suffer during his reign of chaos? Even though you've heard he is reformed, would you be comfortable in his presence?

 

I saw everything that happened and was confused for a while, but when I heard what happened I was confident that the mane six had done their job. Then when I had my flight taken from me, I doubted whether he had actually been reformed. Now, though, I'm more accepting that he's changed his ways. I would be mostly comfortable but a little cautious, since he does love playing pranks.

 

2) Changelings. Same question. Did they feed off of you or your family during the invasion? Knowing their special diet, would you feel comfortable living in the same town with one?

 

They were never in Ponyville, and I don't have relatives anywhere except here, so no one in my family was involved. As for living in the same town with one, if I found out I'd be a little warier in general but I wouldn't mind all that much. Unless he fed off some of my closest friends or my family.

 

3) Princess. Of the four which one would you rather live under? (assuming Luna also had a land of her own)

 

Hmm, that's a hard one. I'd have to say Twilight, though...I think she would be a very matter-of-fact, responsible leader and I'd support her no matter what.

 

4) How would you react to a pony who claimed he was a mythical human, and had only been a pony for a few days?

 

I'd give him a funny look and move on. If actual evidence that he wasn't originally a pony came out further down the road I'd give him a second chance, but if not I wouldn't think about it again. (Though it's true that stranger things have happened in Ponyville!)

okay my OC is gonna answer them:

 

Chatterbox: honestly i wouldn mind as long as he doesnt mess with the realm like he did before, he mess with us ponies 3 times, and i dont trust him, besides, what's supposed to be? a hybrid of wild animal party? Now if i suffered during his reign? well, if at least i love crazy mutations of animals, pink clouds, floor with soap, hearing his annoying laugh maybe i would feel confortable, but come on? who on his sane judgment would accept the idea of a chaotic world? and no, i wouldnt feel confortable with his precense, nope, Discord is more ugly than Granny Smith clop image, he have a extremly sour humor based on his magic.

 

as for the changelings, you mean those beings that imitates ponies? well, i dont like them they are ugly and disgusting, if Changelings feed on my family or friends? well they feed the love of my friends and they hate me, lol. The last question is dangerous cuz even if it sounds simple is really complex, it would be really depressing that you cant falling in love with a changeling without make him think in food, i mean there are ponies who see their coltfriend or fillyfriends for their money but in this case is worst cuz the changeling is not gonna love you but you MUST love it to keep him alive and happy

1. Not really, Its very hard for hope to trust or open up to anypony, let alone a god of chaos. He knows all too well that such actions will probably come back to bite him in the rump.

 

2. He has yet to encounter a Changeling, not to say he doesn't know of them. He probably would be suspicious of anyone he thought could be a changeling. That said, he does pity and even sympathize with them to a small degree. But that doesn't mean he would join them.

 

3. Probably Celestia. As hope would probably love her demeanor and the sort of maternal qualities she seems to have.

 

 

4. Hope would most likely think the guy drank a bit too much cider.

Treble Bolt and Metal Earth have only heard of Discord from others. Metal Earth isn't very concerned about him (it's not a problem of his and thus he doesn't care), but Treble Bolt is wary, more prone to give in to the superstition of what others say. However, upon hearing of his "reformation," I believe she would give Discord a chance if she ever met him.

 

Changelings....Metal Earth and Treble Bolt have a fear of them, but because they were kicked out of the most fortified city in Equestria, it's more of a half-fear. They know they exist and are dangerous. But they feel like they will be safe.

 

Treble Bolt and Metal Earth care little where they might live. As long as it's in a rural area with peace and quiet with the ability to contribute their own way to the local society/ They don't care which princess they live under, as long as there is peace.

 

Actually, given Equestrian society and knowledge, I doubt Treble Bolt and Metal Earth would know what a human is....so they would be skeptical, but would believe the pony if they started explaining things of the human world that no pony would understand. Call it Treble Bolt's curiosity. Metal Earth would have a harder time believing since he is more down to earth than Treble Bolt is.

 

 

I know it's not as glamourous of an answer as it could be, but my OC's are simple rural folk and overall down to earth. I just put the personalities of my husband and I into my OC's and see how we would react if similar things were to happen/exist  IRL...

Midnight Aegis

 

1. Deals with it, but constantly keeps an eye on him. Depending on if he is the RP version or the Ponysona version, my OC either is good friends with or married and has a filly with Flutters, and despite trusting her completely Discord he does not.

 

2. Erm... Not a big fan. Trying to kill you will kind of color your opinions of them a pretty ugly one. Though it was thanks to them he is an alicorn so, you know, that's a plus. Sure they nearly killed him in the process and it was unintentional on their part but, hey, it works.

 

3. Luna. Again, if depending on which version he is, he either is a loyal supporter (despite not knowing her very much) or married and has a colt with Luna (yes he is polygamous, or ponygamous I guess would be the correct pun). So this one is a pretty easy choice.

 

4. Well... Eh... Let's say on the front that he would be distrusting, but not because of the idea so much as the fact that it is very, very rare. Little explanation from my unfinished backstory;

 

 

In his main backstory for the Ponysona one, he was actually a human who went to Equestria by accident through a force similar to the mirror from EQG. Up until the end of the story he was basically a human trapped in an equine body, however at the very end (well, second to very end before an epilogue bit) he was basically cloned: One human, one pony. So while he is now full-pony, prior to that he was in fact a human in a pony body

A Changeling's transformation ability could be useful, but I don't think much of their Queen.

Twilight Sparkle. She's the smartest of them all, she seems like she'd try the hardest to please her subjects, and she isn't likely to object to hiring me as an Advisor. I also like her the most out of the four, so there's that.

Hear him out. See if he has any "Knowledge" of these "Humans". See what can be exploited, and what can be used. I heard the human had some amazing devices, I'm sure a replica of those things could be sold for quite a pretty penny.

A)well, It was kind of annoying trying to work during his reign. i mean during that period of time, we couldn't get anything done. do you know how hard it is trying to take the life essence of a pony that has already been void of it? it is quite utterly impossible actually. stealing all of my spectra, i ought to have his head for committing such a terrible act of selfishness. i can still remember the extreme frustration that I had endured when every single damn pony that came in was just.. ERRGGAAAHHH.

 

but enough of this talk about discord, time to move away from remembering those sombre times. and i think that you know what would happen if that insignificant lifeform was brazen enough to even come near me. I SWEAR I'LL RIP HIS HEAD OFF AND THROW IT INTO ONE OF THE HOLDING CELLS SO I CAN WATCH AS HIS HEAD IS RIPPED APART BY THE STARVING PONIES IN THAT CELL!!! A) I am assuming you are referring to the invasion of canterlot, and in that case or any other case, my output would be that, I actually don't remember who my parents were; or for that matter anything before I broke open that ice that I was trapped in back at tartarus. i must have seriously done something significant, but I really don't know anymore. actually, I escaped at around the time that luna escaped her banishment oddly enough. all that I can remember from those times was the inventions, videos, and images that I had captured on my AEM (or advanced eye module). but now I'm just going on a complete tangent.

 

alright, back to the original question i was going to answer. to tell you the truth, even if they did try to feed off of love, i don't really have much of it. they'd probably be better off trying to drain the love out of a dead horse,  heck they might as well beat it too. and i wouldn't mind living with a hive of them. they are quite harmless to me, but they annoy me terribly. i mean they barely have any kind of extractable life essence, and it just completely ruins our machine when you try to create usable spectra out of it. i mean its completely volatile and corrodes everything. I mean jeeeeeez, why does your life have to be so corrosive and annoying you useless bugs?

A) i would rather live under the rule of Luna. at least she didn't freeze me in ice and send me to tartarus like celestia did... I can explain how i know this because I took a picture of this moment and i have it pulled up right here on my AEM. I would like to show you, but i unfortunately do not have any means of projecting it.

A) first I would scan him, to be certain that he wasn't just making this up. then i would probably give him my business card, and invite him for a nice cup of tea and then... EXPERIMENTATION!!! YAY HUMAN RAINBOWS!!! actually, I'm not even sure that would even work, but hey its worth a try. I already have an experimental spectra extracting machine that i have been testing out on different species of animals. Unfortunately, it was destroyed by a darn bug. Bug ponies annoy me greatly. it would be interesting to see what kind of life essence i would get. human? or pony? the world may never know.

Quartz views Discord as an enemy, as one not to be trusted. She is a member of the Crystal Guard, so since her sole purpose is to protect Cadance (and by extension the rest of the princesses), she is highly suspicious of any creature or pony who has attempted to take over. Discord has abused his trust before, which would keep Quartz on the alert whenever she would come in contact with him. Quartz was not even born during the time of his reign, so no, she was not affected personally.

 

2) Changelings. Same question. Did they feed off of you or your family during the invasion? Knowing their special diet, would you feel comfortable living in the same town with one?

Quartz would have been a foal living with her family in Manehattan at the time, so no, she was not affected by the changelings. Since Chrysalis directly attacked Cadance and Shining Armor, Quartz views all changelings as a threat to the Empire. So no, she would not want to be near them at all. She views all changelings as untrustworthy.

Quartz lives under Cadance and Shining Armor as one of the Crystal Guard, so naturally, she is quite biased in her preference.

1) I would gladly meet this creator of chaos. Although I do not know much about him, he seems like a fun guy. I never suffered through his reign. I don't think I was there when it happened. I must have been at the sea.. I don't know, I probably missed the entire thing.

2) I never had any trouble with these so called 'changelings'. If they only feed on love, I do not have any trouble living among them.

3) If I could, I would choose neither of them. I would choose my goddess of the wind and sea! Ninlil! But since I can only choose out of the others, I would go with the moonbutt. She seems to be the most fun.

4) I do not know what this word 'human' means... is this some sort of cookie? I like me some cookies

1) If the princess says he's really reformed, I believe him. I never suffered through his reign of chaos. I was at already suffering at that time so I hadn't really noticed. I would be comfortable around him I guess, I appreciate his sense of humor.

2) Since my village in somewhere at the frozen north, we didn't notice anything from the attacks. If they wouldn't harm anyone, I'm sure that my father would let them into our village.

3) I would go with Princess Twilight, she has always been one of my idols. And I think Celestia needs a break as well. She needs to get some vacation time.

4) I would not believe this 'human' at first but I would definitely be interested in how it became a pony and the magic that was used.
