Dragonshy - One of my favorite episodes in the whole series. Funny, and a particularly good Fluttershy episode.

 

Heart's Warming Eve - I've always liked this underrated little episode. Has good humor and the story is nice.

 

Pinkie Pride - As much as I like Winter Wrap Up, Pinkie Pride is my favorite episode in the whole series.

 

One Bad Apple - Eh, I didn't like Twilight Time that much, but One Bad Apple was an entertaining episode with a very catchy song.

 

Simple Ways - I'm indifferent to both of these episodes, but Rarity and Applejack's antics in this episode were fun to watch.

 

Swarm of the Century - Eh, Stare Master wasn't very memorable to me, while Swarm of the Century was a very fun episode that gave Pinkie a nice role.

 

May The Best Pet Win - One of my favorites; a great Rainbow Dash episode.

 

Bats! -No contest.

 

Magic Duel - While Best Night Ever is a fine episode, Magic Duel was really cool and had a nice adventure feel to it.

 

Wonderbolts Academy - My personal favorite episode of Season 3; was a great episode that actually had some serious moments.
