Pretty evenly spread out, isn't it?  Over 90 people have voted as of my vote, and number 1 is A Canterlot Wedding part 2 and Sleepless in Ponyville with 7 votes each.  Magical Mystery Cure is in second with 6, and we have a 6-way tie for third between Sonic Rainboom, Party of One, The Return of Harmony part 2, Lesson Zero, Luna Eclipsed, and A Canterlot Wedding part 1 (5 votes each).

I personally voted for "Sweet and Elite" as the best episode, since it showed Rarity could be a likable character that doesn't just design dresses or anything like that.

 

Also, I'm surprised "Magical Mystery Cure" has that many votes, a majority of bronies seem to hate that episode.

 

Oh well, this will be interesting. I have a feeling "A Canterlot Wedding Part 2" will be the winner...

Can't vote on this. Because this list is missing the best episode of all of season 2. Baby Cakes is not on this list. How is that not on the list?

Is it not a bit odd that we do these polls, as this fandom is about friendship and doing polls like this one is only going to drive everypony apart. So if your asking my opinion, which your not, I would say we shouldn't do pulls on which ones we like but instead we should do pulls on what we like most about some episodes.

Any episode that half the people love and half the people hate is not a good episode, regardless of whether or not the people who did enjoy it vote on it. And just because certain episodes were good from a season, doesn't make it a good season.

Okay, now you have to prove that's true of every single season 3 episode.  I'll make two exceptions.  Sleepless in Ponyville is loved by even some people that hate season 3.  And no one seemed to like Spike at Your Service.

I don't think I need to continue.  There was a reason I selected those episodes.  I think they are average.  I'm not a huge fan of them, but I don't think they are dreadful.  Thus, it was much easier to be unbiased in my search.  Even the most controversial episodes of season 3 are disliked by a fifth of the fandom at worst.

There exists no poll that covers the entirety of the fandom.  You're claim was that season 3 wasn't good.  You have provided no evidence to back up this claim.  And when confronted with evidence contradicting your claim, you went on to claim that half the fandom hated the episodes I listed.  I took your challenge and proved that there isn't a single poll that agrees with your claim.  You have provided no evidence that even a fourth of the fandom hates season 3 or even a single episode of that season, and I haven't been able to find it for you.  This belief is based on absolutely nothing.

I'm pretty surprised that Magical Mystery Cure has so many votes. Seems like everyone flipped tables after that episode. 

Anyway, my favorite episode was Hurricane Fluttershy. Because...well...Fluttershy. And there were just some moments in the episode that really pulled at my heartstrings because I'm pretty unconfident myself.

I voted for Hurricane Fluttershy. I can kinda relate to it, and it was just a very good episode overall. And Fluttershy was adorable.

 

The poll actually seems really even so far, which isn't really surprising, but still interesting.

Namely because it has such a good introduction. The ending is a bit of a setback due to the rushed ending, but I really do like how everything is executed in the two parter episode.
