There is a rumour that Windows 10 will be released for free to anypony with a Windows 8 serial key.

 

What about preinstalled computers with windows 8?.

What about preinstalled computers with windows 8?.

The seal of certification with the product key should be on the computer/laptop.

Or just download a PC audit and it will show you it.

So let's destroy Windows XP!

Nearly everone I meet still run it.

They buy a new computer, and install XP over Windows 7 or 8 and then wonder why they are getting their credit card info stolen.

So let's destroy Windows XP!

Nearly everone I meet still run it.

They buy a new computer, and install XP over Windows 7 or 8 and then wonder why they are getting their credit card info stolen.

The only operating system I installed over with XP was Vista.

Back on topic... Windows 10 is really awesome. It takes all the fantastic improvements made in Windows 8/8.1 and makes the interface even better - while making everybody happy.

 

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to spend very much time on my test system, but I'm very impressed. Microsoft is finally leaving Apple in the dust, at least as far as innovation goes!

I couldn't agree more. But I stall prefer my Linux Distro.

Maybe.

But I need to remove alot of things from it (the ISO is 9GB, it has to be flashed to an SD card)

You haven't booted it inside Virtualbox or VMware?

And seriously, if Apple doesn't step it up, they'll lose even more of their market share. They only have about 6.4% right now.
