Goodra 531 April 1, 2012 Share April 1, 2012 I was at a Gamestop today to get some new screen protectors. As I made my purchase I noticed two employees sorting games behind the counter. When they were done, they mumbled something to each other that sounded almost like "Brohoof!" Then they fist pumped. I wanted to talk to them but felt shy because they were working so I decided next time they weren't working I'de talk with them while mixing famous quotes from MLP into our conversation or when making a purchase. How can I do this? This is sorta what Im looking for: "Is this game 20% cooler than this one?" Can someone come up with more that make more sense than this one^?

Derivitive of the one you just posted: You: Which one of these games do you think is better? Them: *State which of 2 games they prefer* You: Well I think this one is about 20% cooler. 1 Finally committed my first name change. TURKEYS! Nothing392 61 April 3, 2012 Share April 3, 2012 (edited) Trying to put in 20% cooler references can be tricky and awkward to me sometimes. There needs to be a word that can work in any situation that can automatically pinpoint that person as a Brony without giving it away to all the non-Bronies around. Excuse me while I take 20 years to figure out what that word is. Edited April 3, 2012 by matau
bloodyfox 65 April 3, 2012 Share April 3, 2012 I've seen some shirts that simply say "Everfree". I think all Bronies would recognize it and unless someone else has actually watched a good bit of the show, they most likely wouldn't get it.
Daring Do 195 April 3, 2012 Share April 3, 2012 Well, Bronies could introduce each other in a series of ways... in the end, the only thing that matters is that more bronies know more bronies! I think you should go with your original approach, it seems to be better. Great adventuring for great treasures!....Except when I'm hurt... Victoria and Co. 782 April 3, 2012 Share April 3, 2012 Talk about muffins, cupcakes, and use 10 seconds flat when talking about short spans of time. Use the word derpy, instead of stupid. 20% cooler never hurt but it can be a bit awkward to use. Oh and don't forget to say "Of all the worst possible things, this is the worst possible thing!" 3 This is something I do? This is something I do. Guest April 3, 2012 Share April 3, 2012 You need to exude an aura of constant brony. Have an invisible field that seems to say, "I'm a brony. Feel my pony swag-field pass over you when I walk by." That's what I do. People bow down to me all the time, actually. It's pretty chill. ...Other than that, just say you watch the show.
Twiliscael 3,960 April 3, 2012 Share April 3, 2012 As everypony else says, throw in a 20% cooler or 10 seconds flat. i met a brony by using a this is the worst possible thing ever when i lost my $20. 1 I tend to take the high road, get stoned, and fly low . . . Why-Gnome-Ear-Fifty 400 April 3, 2012 Share April 3, 2012 I actually just whistle pony songs (usually Winter Wrap-Up) all the time just to see if I ever run into one. Dragonshy 2,305 April 3, 2012 Share April 3, 2012 I would just ask him if hes a brony, I mean, whats the worst that could happen? Or if you want to fit in phrases, go with a friend and say them to him loud enough so that the employee can hear. He might be shy too, in which case you should just ask him Yeh Want to know how to get more page views? Click here.

Yellow Diamond 7,569 April 3, 2012 Share April 3, 2012 "I shouldn't have dipped my pinkie into that pie." Wearing a shirt is probably the easiest way toward engagement. Being too clever with references in a potentially tense social setting is probably doomed to failure or misunderstanding. 3 Domine, tu omnia nosti, tu scis quia amo te. The words in the songs mainly the word "pony" could give it away but Bronies will recognize the tunes even without the words. I will have to do this whenever I'm not wearing my brony shirt.
