I actually like it better when its straight from the fridge and cold. I dunno why, I just think it tastes better and less messy to me. I've always liked it cold. We used to do homemade stuff, but it's jsut easier and cheaper to get a big one from Costco for $7. Which is: crust, cream cheese whipped cream, pie filling, whipped cream on top. Just plain old pumpkin pie is gross. I like it layered that way. But I prefer pumpkin pie cookies.
