Some corrections and details: 

Her tail touches the ground in length and is slightly unkempt (a little but shorter than Fluttershy's). 

 

Her eyes are shadowed like .mov fluttershy x3

 

Her pupils are a bright blue, not black.

 

Her cutiemark is the chair and whip and not the collar and dogbone.
