They all tend to be different. However it is possible to get a very similar cutie mark to somepony else. This tends to be rare but it can happen. However, remember the important thing is not what it looks like, but what it means.

No you are not annoying, nor did you ask too many questions. For Twilight, I feel she is just modest by nature especially when it comes to magic. Though I do try to be a good role-model for ponies. I think I'd make a bad Princess if I could not be a good role-model.

Yes I am aware of birth defects and I always hope those ponies get the best out of life. I am glad that you have an artificial wing to suffice.
