Believe it or not, my favourite Pokémon is Sawk. It is good at battling, it can be caught early in most games (most notably X and Black) and it has a nice design.

 

I also like Mienshao, Latios, Empoleon and Hawlucha.

I've always liked Blastoise, for some reason... probably because it evolved from my first ever Pokemon and remains one of the strongest water types I've seen, plus it has a pretty cool design~

Aegislash is my favorite Pokémon. I still remember when I first caught that Honedge in Pokémon Y. I ended up using her (Yes, she's a girl) all the way through the rest of the game.
