Hasbro to Reveal More Information About the 2017 Movie

During their Quarterly Earnings Report, Hasbro said the following about the upcoming 2017 My Little Pony movie:

As you look at Allspark, the next major production is the My Little Pony animated film, which will come out in 2017. We will announce a distributor shortly. Again, we are able to make that movie for more of a nominal cost than a traditional animated film given all of our experience and expertise in animated television production. Although, this certainly will be on scale with all the other animated films you've seen in terms of quality and the look and the feel of the movie. The music, as well as the cast, is quite good. But I won't steal the team's thunder, they will announce that shortly.

It's worth noting there have been leaks pointing to a particular distributor, though it's still unclear if they have actually made a deal.

 

Also, it's possible the show's voice actors will be replaced for the movie?

It is the pony-only movie, not Equestria Girls, this has been confirmed by Hasbro.

I'm not exactly sure where you got that from the quote you posted, but this is absolutely not possible.  The voices are the identities of the characters.  This movie would (I sincerely hope) be a titanic failure if they got a new voice cast.  There's just no way this could happen.  I wouldn't even watch the movie if it did.
