Facebook is renown for not being private at all.

 

Neikos is right, though those numbers aren't entirely random, some indicate server, name, album and owners ID or something like that...

I'm not really the stalker kind but I'm pretty sure you'd be able to get full access to an album with just one link of a photo.

Once something goes into the internet, it belongs to the internet and everyone can see it lol

Not entirely sure, but I'm thinking Neikos means if you add it to imgur or photobucket the image gets that link name and then you put that on facebook, it's basically getting another name, making it harder to trace back, I would think.

 

I generally just directly upload to facebook, but I make sure that i'm not uploading anything that I don't want to be visible to everyone who I add as a friend. However, I will probably be adding pics and stuff from imgur and photobucket from now on, after seeing this post.

 

I also keep my albums set to "hidden" on imgur & private on photobucket, like this:

 

 

 

 

which is nice because you can still link the pics for posting, with the direct URL. (as I have done here)

 

so even if they could link back to the album itself... they see this: (example: http://pixiglow.imgur.com/)
