Signature issues

I made a signature for someone and the PMed saying it won't let them post it. As much as I'd like to help, I don't know what to do to help them.

This is what comes up:

"You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community."

I made sure it's within the size limit, and I don't know what else to do.

Out of curiosity, what was the image extension? This may have something to do with all the odd issues the site is having right now, but first let's eliminate the possibility of an unsupported file type.

Yes, it would be of benefit for us to know what image extension you used :?

The extension was JPEG, just like all of the other signatures I've made and they haven't had problems before.

.jpeg or .jpg? The difference may seem trivial, but computers are picky thingies. From there, this might be better as a Support ticket, as this is going to move into areas that the general posters of the forum aren't really going to be able to help.

@Drawmare, is the individual you sent the signature to still experiencing any problems setting it on their account?

my signature do the same thing and i don't know what to do… :/

What file extension did the image you attempted to use have? Examples of common image file extensions are .png and .jpg.
