As for your picture Ninja Derpy, I would suggest toning down the makeup. Or rather:

 

Oh, you're not ugly. Come'ere.

 

Now, the picture isn't all that good. Either the film is to gritty or you had to bright a light on your face (or both).

 

I have a few tips regarding your makeup. Waring to much makeup has guys assume your hiding something. You just need enough to draw their attention to your natural beauty.

First of all, you might have put on to much eye liner. Cut back on that a bit, maybe use a shade of blue to bring out the color of your eyes. You got the right idea using eye liner because you have lovely eyes.

Also, the shade of lipstick your using is to light. The point of lipstick is to bring your lips out against your skin and make them more noticeable. With your light complexion, you want darker lipstick to make your lips...well POP. Any dark red would probably be good. Try to find one that has a hint of blue in it to blend with your eyes a bit.

 

You are not ugly, you just haven't found the right makeup yet. Looking out for you, kid.

I only put on one line of eyeliner, that stuff under my eye is eyeshadow. And I edited this picture because I didn't like how it looked before, I like to make the pictures look different. And honestly, I wasn't wearing very much makeup. I look just fine without makeup too. And my lipstick? That's not lipstick. It's my lips. My natural lip color. I didn't really ask for the tips, I can do makeup just fine, thank you. Honestly, it offends me that you corrected my makeup.

However, if someone doesn't appreciate remarks and "tips", then that should be respected, not carried on. Also, it is natural for us girls to think that we ourselves are ugly, it is usually a statement as if to say "Don't judge me please", or for reassurance, not told by someone of the opposite sex that you don't know how to do your makeup. I am not saying that guys can't do makeup or that they don't have great tips, just that you shouldn't pick apart someones photo in such a way. It takes courage to be able to show others, so respect that she doesn't like those remarks made about her.

This. It is also a good idea to ask if you could give some pointers, it gives that person a chance to reject it. Some people don't want advice, or as rude as it may seem to you, they just don't want your advice. If you go around telling people how they can improve their appearance, you're basically telling them that they don't look good. Even if it is meant to be a friendly gesture, it is usually not perceived this way. IMHO.

The point was- I never asked for any tips at all.

Especially not on my makeup.

And yes, I said I'm ugly, because I don't always think I look so great in pictures.

But that doesn't give anyone the right to try to "improve" my makeup skills or photography skills.

I didn't ask, and I don't want any tips. I posted the picture to show everyone who I was, and the comment was just my personal opinion. This isn't a "lets judge makeups" topic.

My thoughts on this have basically been covered by Mubbins, xXAyaXx, and others, but I'd just like to add that there's really no polite way to give unrequested critique. I mean yeah, you can try, but like Mubbins said, it's always better to ask first. That way there are no nasty little conflicts like we had in this thread. This holds especially true to comments about someone's personal appearance, as that tends to be something that a lot of people are very sensitive about.

 

And you know, getting huffy and defensive is probably the douchiest thing to do when you've offended someone, whether you meant to hurt them or not. Just give a humble, no-strings-attached apology, and don't do it again. Even if you think you didn't anything wrong, wouldn't you rather swallow your pride rather than fight over something so silly? At least, that's how I tend to look at things. I can't decide how to live your life for you.
