Would you rather take $1000 dollars or an hour with you favorite pony?

Horses. Always horses. And Twilight can do some time-bending magic. And since she's an alicorn now, she's got to have a bit more time to wander around in the past.

I'd take the money, I don't think Rainbow Dash would be that impressed to hang out with me.  :dash:

Water, 35 liters. Carbon, 20 kilograms. Ammonia, 4 liters. Lime, 1.5 kilograms. Phosphorous, 800 grams. Salt, 250 grams. Saltpeter, 100 grams. Sulfur, 80 grams. Fluorine, seven-point-five. Iron, five. Silicon, three grams. And trace amounts of 15 other elements. It's all the ingredients of the average adult human body, right down to the last specks of protein in your eyelashes. And even though science has given us the entire physical breakdown, there's never been a successful attempt at bringing a human to life. There's still something missing. Something scientists haven't been able to find in centuries of research. ...and in case you're wondering, all those ingredients can be bought on a child's allowance. Humans can be made rather cheap. - Edward Elric

Are you kidding me? I probably paid over $1000 to go to BronyCon. I'd pay even more than that to hang out with my favourite pony for an hour. Heck, I'd probably pay $1000 just to meet them if they actually existed.

I'd rather spend an hour with Rarity. I can go without the money right now. Besides, Rarity is the element of generosity. Maybe she will give me gems worth about $1000. Even if she doesn't, I would rather be with Rarity, even if it's only for an hour.

Hanging out with my favourite pony for an hour is not favorable. It would only result in me wishing to have more time with them. Atleast with a 1000 dollars i can afford a small shrine in their honor...

To add on to my previous comment and to address people who claim they could make more use of the money, consider this. You could put the money to good use, sure, but what happens when it's gone? You're right back where you were. There will always be things you could use $1000 for. We always want what we don't have. It's in our nature. The thing is, you can always save up for whatever you want, but meeting a magical talking pony, that's something money can't buy. If I could have one or the other, it would be a pony because I can always find a way to save up $1000 if I really need it.

I'm aware that I can't actually pay to hang out with a cartoon horse any other time. That said, maybe I'm better off taking the $1000 and spending it on a good for me and my actual friends who are much less likely to kick me, bite me or shoot me with rainbow charged magic unicorn lasers.

I'm not a medical expert, psychologist, psychiatrist, teacher or love doctor. Take my words with a pinch of salt, yeah?

I am an experienced cook, musician and care worker though, so that's something.

Tough one, but I think I would choose the 1000 dollars. Only an hour? It's hard to make a real friend in an hour, and I wouldn't pass up 1000 dollars to hang out with someone for an hour and never see them again. Even if they are a pony. Not that I wouldn't want to meet my favorite pony, but it wouldn't be the same as hanging out with a friend.
