For the Equestria Girls movie series, Sunset Shimmer had her role in the villain chair once and the Dazzlings at least stepped it up. But something about Principal Cinch makes me really excited for the 3rd Equestria Girls movie and for these reasons

1) Her looks: She reminds me of Lady Tremaine from Disney's Cinderella

2) Her status: Principal of one of the most elite of all schools: Crystal Prep

3) Her desire: To prove that Crystal Prep is better than all the other schools

4) Her students: Showcases the darker sides of humans and their own vices

And of course, she's turning Twilight Sparkle(The Twilight of the human world) into her own prized pupil.

And unlike Sunset Shimmer and the Dazzlings, Principal Abacus Cinch came from the human world making her magically weaker than the previous villains. Then again, the moment she discovers Equestrian Magic, who knows what she will do to keep the perfection of the Friendship Games in Crystal Prep.

All in all, this is a villain I'm really hyped about and she feels like she could go up there as my favorite MLP/EqG villains up there with Queen Chrysalis and Tirek.

The whole song was pretty messed up. It basically said, "Twilight, if you don't cheat and we lose, this is all your fault." Even the principal wants her to cheat.

I quite agree. As a Disney Fan, I can quite easily picture a image of Principal Cinch teaming up with the Disney Villains to cause trouble for our heroes.

   Principle Cinch was definitely afflicted by the sin of pride, that morphed into hubris, an bloated ego, hell bent on winning at the cost of her students well being. I knew people like that, in politics, I seen them during my time in the navy, they would rather win a victory, even a Pyrrhic victory, to satisfy they reputation, even if it was boasting, victory can be a hazardous opportunity. I don't know if Principle Cinch would ever lighten up, I am incline to think that her blustering, boasting would finally be muffled, because it's her students that made her school great, not the manipulation or blackmailing attitude she attempted on Twilight Sparkle, I am happy to see her students have matured, for the true measure of greatness, is not the victory but honour, to friend and rival together.

Yeah I did enjoy her students turning on her and realizing even her intentions are wrong.
